Visited shop in January 2020 and selected a fitted carpet that is just what we wanted from the extensive range on offer. Very helpful and competitive on price. Then Covid-19 and the lockdown struck but the team at Solihull Carpets were great. They kept in touch and we rearranged delivery and fitting to suit us. Just had the carpet fitted and we are absolutely delighted with it and the service we received.

What a refreshing change from the big carpet stores ! Helpful advice and time to browse uninterrupted.
We ordered just before lockdown so had to wait 3 months. The access and fitting was then arranged to meet our "vulnerable persons " needs. We are delighted with the service, fitting and the competitive pricing.

Great service and excellent prices. The quality of customer service was brilliant from the start with Rich and also when fitted. Emma in the showroom was helpful and supportive when we made our final choice. Really pleased with the hall, stairs and landing and comfort of both the carpet and underlay. Would highly recommend!

This is the second time that I have used Solihull Carpets, on both occasions the staff in the shop have been extremely helpful from choosing carpets to making appointments for measuring and fitting. Dave and Wesley were the fitters that came today...they arrived on time, were polite and friendly, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you!

Very helpful, courteous and friendly service from a great local business. The showroom contains samples from all price ranges and being given a sample book to take home gave me confidence in the correct colour choice. From the showroom to the fitting experience everything was communicated and carried out really well and professionally. The free measure service is also great and gave me even more confidence in the whole process. Would thoroughly recommend.

First time we’ve used Solihull carpets and would definitely recommend. Great service from start to finish. Extremely helpful and patient when we were choosing. Great local family business feel about the whole experience. Most impressive thing was the finish. They obviously take a lot of pride in the fitting. I can see why they have so many good reviews.

Compared a few prices and the this came up the best for the quality on offer. Service was excellent quick turnaround from quote to fitting. When the fitters arrived they went above and beyond what I expected.

Used for the first time this year and can recommend for price and fitting team all in-house. A small shop with all the basic carpet types in a choice of qualities. Fast and efficient fitting using only the accessories they need to do it. You might find that the shop is staffed by different persons on different days due to the nature of a small business. Easy to borrow samples for checking colour in your own room lighting. Parking easy near the door in service road Shakespeare Drive.
