I’ve been using Active Heating for a number of years to service my Viesman boiler.
Prompt service and very pleasant staff both in the office and on the job

In 2022 AHR installed a Worcester Bosch boiler and have been servicing it every year since. It hasn't given me any problems so I count that as a win.

I was initially nervous about installing a heat pump in my terraced house, particularly concerned about the 10mm pipes to radiators and limited space. Active Renewables completely put my mind at ease.

From the first consultation, they were incredibly understanding of all my concerns and took the time to walk me through every aspect of the installation process. Their staff were extremely helpful and remarkably fast to respond to all my questions - no matter how technical.

The team's knowledge was outstanding. They expertly handled the technical challenges and delivered exceptional results - achieving an impressive 4.30 SCOP while keeping the house consistently at 21°C year-round.

I also wanted constant monitoring capabilities, and they went above and beyond to fully install and help me diagnose some initial issues with OpenEnergyMonitor.

Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. I couldn't recommend Active Renewables more highly!

John and the Active team installed a Vaillant heat pump and hot water cylinder for us, and did a great job. The work was all done to a very high quality standard in only a few days, and with only the most minimal possible disruption. Everything was punctual, tidy and friendly, and the heat pump is working brilliantly.

New Vaillant heat pump and tank installed. The very accurate pre install survey by Tom means we have exactly the right size heat pump to keep the house warm as economically as possible. Jay and Chris did a great job on the works and they were a pleasure to have around. Recommended.

I couldn't recommend Tom & the Active team any higher. We had an unexpected boiler breakdown, late over the bank holiday weekend... reached out to Active Heating on their website enquiry form & Tom came straight back that evening within 30m to discuss the works.

He managed to fit us in on the Tuesday for a replacemnet boiler installation, providing great advice on specification & size (kW) of boiler.

His team were great, arrived promptly at half 8 and worked late to ensure the new boiler installation was all completed properly.

We have great peace of mind now with the new boiler & extended warranty. Cannot thank the team enough & would recommend their services to anyone in the area.

Polite, tidy, on time and conscientious team of installers.

It is very difficult to find heating engineers who are au fait with air source heat pumps but this Company are spot on. From speaking with Charlie to arrange the work to be done, followed by the visit from Tommy who completely replaced a huge cylinder without leaving a spot of dust or dirt! Finally Jay who serviced the boiler with the minimum of fuss.
Everyone I dealt with at this Company were super polite and helpful. All paperwork spot on thanks to Abi. It is so good to know that future heating problems can be handled so simply and with amazing customer service.

Arrived in time & carried out the work requested. I needed parts and they were scoured & fitted same day. Friendly & reliable device with follow up to make sure I was happy. Would recommend and definitely use again.

We had a swift response to our WhatsApp enquiry, and Tom came around the next day to quote for the installation of a new boiler and to power flush the existing system. We received an estimate that evening, and within a week the team came to install the new boiler, which was completed by a punctual, friendly, trustworthy, courteous, calm, and knowledgeable team. Thank you Jay, Tommy, and Harvey. They worked hard to complete the job done with as little interruption to us as possible and left our house clean and tidy.
Jay went over and above to ensure Vaillant resolved a minor issue with the boiler (which they did promptly and efficiently), staying late that evening and returning promptly the next morning. We would highly recommend Active to family and friends, as the service was excellent from consultation to the final installation. New boiler fitted really quickly from enquiry to installation. Although we had some teething problems, the installer and Tom were responsive and understanding. Friendly and professional.

I highly recommend using Active Heating. I called them regarding my F52 fault on my boiler and they attended as soon as. The engineer was professional, tidy on his work and fixed it in no time. Communication with the office regarding the appointment was spot on.

Arrived on time as planned. Quiet, efficient, no disruption to our routine, friendly….. no issues at all.
