Solihull Carpets Reviews 

We have used Solihull Carpets twice before and were very pleased with them, so decided to use them again to fit the vinyl flooring in our two bathrooms and conservatory.
Emma in the Shirley showroom was as usual very helpful in selecting the right grades and the best directions for the patterns to run, and Simon the fitter made a superb job of the installation.
They are a small friendly local company and I can’t recommend them enough.

I decided to use Solihull Carpets after a recommendation from a friend . I visited the shop and was greeted by Blake and Emma . Both were really helpful , listened to what I needed as I was re carpeting my three storey house .
Emma is an absolute delight and has excellent customer service skills as well as being approachable and friendly .
Blake came to measure my property and my fit was completed on the 11th/ 18th September.
Wes , Blake and James completed my fit and were more than helpful , they did an absolutely superb job and I am delighted.
Well done Solihull carpets ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Excellent service throughout.
Emma swung the sale for us initially as she was just so friendly & helpful.
Lisa took our order and was so efficient setting everything in place and Wes and Richard did a superb fitting job.

I wouldn't go anywhere else now!!! Solihull Carpets have recently fitted a carpet for us and they were clean, quick and precise, I required a join in my carpet and I can not for the life of me find it!!

Well what can I say yet another Fabulous carpet fit. We had our hall stairs and landing. Living room fitted. We were so happy with the service we decided to have our 3 bedrooms done as well. From Emma and Liza in the store to the friendly fitters every thing was great. We would recommend them to any one needing new carpets.

Excellent, this is the second time I have used Solihull Carpets. The service was friendly and helpful from choosing the carpet to the fitting. I would definitely recommend.

Solihull Carpets have been round twice to lay first bedrooms and then stairs and landing carpets. Really great quality and Blake who fitted our second lot of carpets has provided fantastic advice about another flooring issue we have had. (Not related to Solihull carpets but one of the larger flooring firms). He was so knowledgeable and helpful. All of this on top of great carpet fitting.

I purchased a new carpet for my hall and landing and was impressed with the fitting and that they removed and disposed of my old carpet. I am thoroughly pleased. Would recommend Solihull Carpets to everyone. Give them a try you will not be disappointed

From the initial survey to completion of the floors in my home the team at Solihull Carpets were friendly, professional and courteous whilst offering a competitive price.
I was thrilled with the service I received the carpet was fitted to perfection, vacuumed and all packaging etc. removed. They have also fitted LVT flooring and have done a superb job.

Solihull Carpets not only have a great selection of carpets but the people behind the service are great too. Once I selected the carpets, it was all plain sailing, booked their installers, and they arrived and completed the job as expected. In-Store staff are great (polite, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating) and installers are equally great (polite, respectable, precise, skilled and efficient). I would recommend Solihull Carpets to anyone.
