Writing a review after shane from sc heating came to service my boiler after being let down so many times from another company. He was very prompt, came when he said he was and phoned me in advance and did an amazing job. Friendly and professional. First time my boiler had been serviced properly and thoroughly stripped down and put back together. Very tidy throughout. Pricing was very fair indeed and deserved more as his colleague did a fantastic service. Best company I've ever used.10/10. Thanks Shane.

I had an issue with a blocked toilet. Dayna arranged for a very capable engineer, John, to come and address the problem, even on a bank holiday. He resolved the issue within an hour, doing an excellent job. I will certainly recommend SC Duncan's services to my friends and family.👍👍

Quick, honest…. Can’t ask for more when a boiler breaks with 2 kids under 4!

Booked the appointment and about 10 days wait which was ideal for me. The gas engineer James arrived on time and was very courteous and completed the job within about 45 minutes checking my Vaillant boiler and Megaflow. He addresses my questions well and explained the workings very well. Very happy with everything andthe price was very reasonable as they didn't even charge for the Megaflow inspection.

Arrived in good time and carried out the job quickly and efficiently. Price paid as quoted. Very happy with the work done.

We called SD Duncan out to a faulty radiator, they got it sorted in one visit. They were on time, polite helpful tidy. Just really worked for us, thank you very much.

Mat and Tom from SC Duncan Heating and Plumbing were simply fantastic guys . They done a great job fitting new rad valves today and worked as team to do a fast and efficient job. I couldn't praise them enough, very polite and didn't mind me asking questions. They both seemed happy just getting on with the work, they both said how good it is working for this small company who actually care for their staff aswel. To me this reflects on how efficient they were and wanting to make me happy with DC Duncan.

The company was able to respond with a next day appointment for the leak, which was brilliant! And as hoped, it was a simple job to do, but Jason had arrived before the scheduled appointment time and didn't make me think that I was wasting anyone's time. Really good service, will use them again.
