Absoloute vile company would recommend everyone avoid them at all costs. Evri delivered my parcel to the wrong address, they have emailed me twice now admitting the parcel was not delivered to the correct address but told me twice now the matter is resolved and there is nothing more they can do as it’s been delivered….they have emailed me twice now saying they know it’s been delivered to the wrong address but no refund or replacement will be sent because it’s still been delivered so let that make sense to anyone
There is a consumers rights act sellers need to follow but this company seem to think that doesn’t apply to them. I even have an email from evri stating the parcel cannot be located. Two absolute clowns that work for them called carol and some clown Reece will be the ones emailing you back telling you we know it’s not been delivered to you but tough luck we don’t care have a good day. Vile people karma will catch up on people like that

Great service and fast delivery and no hassle

I made two orders, I canceled one and requested a refund which I still haven't received even though the website says it is completed and the other order also says on the website that it is processed but I haven't received anything.

Purchased a pair of work trousers for £91 which failed after just 5 months of normal use. At this price, I expected much better durability.

I contacted customer service and, to be fair, they did respond — however, they refused the claim and classed the issue as wear and tear, which I strongly disagree with given how little time they’ve been used.

I even followed up with additional photos to clearly show the fault, but the decision wasn’t reconsidered.

What makes this more disappointing is that I’ve been a huge fan of the brand for around 8 years, regularly using their products and recommending them to others. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be recommending them again or purchasing from them in the future.

Really poor outcome for what used to be a trusted brand.

Don’t expect your order to arrive quickly always the same responses items not in stock awaiting delivery etc and you have to pay for returns so by the time your refund lands if you need to return anything it’s a 4 week process at least. Nope never again.

I’m still waiting for the trousers to arrive.

It was easy to open an account with Snickers direct and place my order and the order was delivered the next day items where very well packaged also i got plenty of updates I'm really pleased with my purchase from Snickers direct and would recommend them

Unfortunately the item required was out of stock and I needed it urgently so I had to make contact to request a refund and seek an alternative elsewhere. However the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was exemplary, he was very helpful, very courteous and processed the refund in double quick time. He deserves credit as he represents your business in a very positive and professional manner

The trousers were easy to buy online and choose the correct size.
The delivery arrived the next day.
They are expensive but hopefully will last

The order itself was processed quickly and delivered without any issues, so I’m very satisfied with that part.

However, the website could definitely be improved. It is not very easy to navigate, and the order status does not seem to update in real time. For example, my order was already delivered, but the page still shows it as “packing.” Because of this, it is difficult to return the item quickly because I have to wait until the status changes.

As far as I can see, the website also does not allow customers to cancel an order directly. If someone makes a mistake while ordering, they have to write an email instead, which feels quite inconvenient nowadays. It would be very helpful if returns and cancellations could be managed more easily directly through the website.

from my point of view, snickers direct is the most profitable place where you can buy any equipment for work and not only .... besides the fact that they have the best quality products .... you also enjoy the best communication in terms of help in buying or being informed ....I wish you happy shopping

I haven’t received my order yet. It was supposedly next day delivery. Day 4 now and still no sign or indication when they might arrive
