Placed an order through the app on Friday evening to local store. No drivers available so didn't receive the order. Trying to get a refund from Snappy Shopper is a joke. Trying to fob me off saying they have to get confirmation from the local shop head office. Have spoken to the head office who have told me it is Snappy who take the money and then only release it to them once delivery has been confirmed. It is clear from the app that the items were never delivered but don't want to give me a refund and just fob me off with lies.

the app has nothing in place to tell age of children buying the drink.

the company should have a system in place to stop this check kids bank accounts for age limit ext.

This is the most disgusting company I have ever used . I have been using it as I have been really ill over the past two years and today I saw a new shop being Scotmid added to my local shops so
Instead of my usual shop I decided to
Try it instead I spent the last of my money apart from 24p in my bank account to order food and other items but after the order being on its way and sent a message saying so from the snappy shopper to be waiting over an hour I then phoned the shop who said it was an Uber driver who returned the order to the shop but they knew he was lying and that they had already issued a refund and I would have to reorder I explained to them that a refund takes 3 to 5 days to be processed by my bank and also filled out a form online to snappy shopper which was then reviewed and I was told to phone my bank but as the money is pending the bank can’t refund me as it hasn’t yet been paid , customer service from snappy shopper is an absolute disgrace you as a customer can’t speak to anyone on the phone so your left with nothing I will never ever use them again I’m disgusted at the way I have been treated by them and a shop that they let use their service and are responsible for , I strongly recommend that people be very careful when using this company and I hope I stop even one other person being left high and dry like me and I have spent a lot of money on this service by snappy shopper which I will never ever use again it could actually be called CRAPPY SHOPPER

Excellent experience using the app for premier kinross, the lady in the shop mentioned they now do deliveries through here.
Very impressed with the first time user code, all my items arrived and in the time frame. I received emails to keep me updated with everything. The driver was very friendly. Great addition to the local community. Thank you

As I am disabled I used this company via the app. They didn't pick-up half of my order and then had the temerity to message via the app that *I* had forgotten to COLLECT the items THEY left behind. The shop (Spar, Stonydelph) were of no use saying *I* should drive over and pick up the missing orders. If I did that the whole point of Snappy Shopper is redundant.

Just don't bother with this incompetent company

False advertising. They advertise prices and then the shop says it's a different price after they have delivered you less than what you ordered and paid for. Filled in snappy shoppers contact form as they refuse to speak to customers and I have just been ignored. Guess I'll report them for false advertising. Crooked company and purely ignorant

Update. They didn't even have the decency to respond to me from their online form. So basically they don't care that they are falsely advertising prices and then we get stolen from. Nasty, nasty, nasty

As a regular user of Snappy Shopper to order groceries from Premier 40 Deacons Road, Kilsyth, G65 0BN, I have nothing but praise for the excellent service, friendliness of the staff and promptness of delivery. On the rare occasion that there are substitutions, I am always phoned to ensure that I am happy with the substitution. Thank you Jackie, Ali and Ben for the excellent service and I look forward to ordering from you again.

I ordered a delivery at around 7.30pm and I received it at 21.50pm I wouldn't have placed an order had I realised that the delivery time on the Snappy Shopper was 40 mins; my order eventually came at 21.50. Not good enough.
Very disappointed. You might want to delete 'snappy' from the delivery instructions

First time using this web-page, all in all excellent service, very quick delivery and gent who came to the door very pleasant , I will definitely use again ( spar Airdrie)

Order at 8 they take money then tell you can't deliver until gone 11!!

I ordered from snappy shopper at scotmid Calder road and it was uber who delivered it and it was someone else’s order so I called up the store and spoke with the manager and she said that she couldn’t refund me as it had already been delivered so said for me to keep the order I received as a goodwill gesture and told me to reorder my ciggerettes as she couldn’t refund the order and I said what about my sausages and crisps and rolls and she said oh your going to bankrupt me so I made another order for my cigarettes and when it got delivered she added in the sausages and crisps and rolls but not the missing cigarettes.

They take money you never approved!! horrendous company - discount codes are a scam they take full money out of your account. I’ve got to raise the issue with my bank as they have zero humans to communicate with!

Karvery convenience store at Gorgie Edinburgh is atrocious. Delivery was due p to be despatched 6.15pm to 6.30pm. A
Shop says any issues they will call. I called at 7.40 to ask where the order was and was told oh its on its way. 3 wrong items were delivered called store and told he would refund items to keep them. 9.30 a driver was sent with different options I took 2 refused the other. Absolute shambles will never use them again

Good and bad, but mostly bad lately, and I only use them on very last minute occasions, rarely. We have a few accounts in the family, and it’s pretty much the same, with the same impressions between us. With items missing generally on delivery, but purchased and paid for at the local store, and on the store receipt, in this case Morrisons Daily is used. Nightmare trying to get anyone to admit what has gone wrong, it’s not the store, it’s not the delivery company! And 110% not myself! No refunds for missing items, and no real accountability. So back to popping out and getting it myself, rather than rely on these companies last minute. Shame, as it’s handy when you just cannot leave the home for any unforeseen reasons, every now and then, living in a more rural location. More negatives vs positives in the amount of times used. But will just plan ahead in the future, and stay stocked up from now on.

DO NOT USE SNAPPY SHOPPER - Customer service terrible, shop unable to answer phone/text it seems. Advertises discount codes but then charged full price. Takes payment and accepts order then just doesn't turn up. Onto bank to get my money back. Premier in Kinglassie

I ordered from the keystore in westerton threw the happy shopper app. They were perfectly happy to take my money even with the app crashing leaving me confused to weather my order was going to arrive. After 90 mins I repeatedly called the keystore and no answer. On a plus side my order arrived after 2 hrs I might add , but wasn't what I ordered ! I ordered a nicotine free vape and was delevered one with nicotine and nothing like what I ordered. The young man (cameron) he was very polite but had no clue and just apologised. Will not be ordering again . Absolutely disgusting service.

SCAM ALERT!!! This is a total scam, I placed an order for an estimated delivery of 5:40pm. It is now 8:50pm and I still havent received my order. Ive been ringing thw shop continuously as they hardly ever answer and all thw can say is they have it packed ready they're still waiting on a driver. This is the most shocking service I have ever received, I will never be ordering from them again!!! What's even worse is there is absolutely no way of communicating with the deiver I highly doubt I'll ever receive anything they just take your money. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Read the reviews first.
