Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

SCAM!
Parcel dropped off, but was never collected. No drop-off confirmation was sent so I can't make a claim.
Also they're impossible to get in contact with
I wish I had checked these reviews…
I wish I had checked these reviews before using a Yeep locker. I dropped off 3 DPD Vinted parcels and received no confirmation and they didn’t show as shipped on the Vinted or DPD tracking. I emailed Yeep and was initially optimistic as they replied quickly to say there was a technical issue with the locker which they were working to fix and the tracking updated to show that the parcels had been dropped off. 3 weeks later the parcels haven’t moved from the locker and Yeep have ignored all of my follow up emails.
I still don't have my parcel after four weeks
The YEEP technology hasn't worked for me. My parcel was delivered by UPS to a YEEP! locker in Bournemouth on 17 March. In the subsequent week I visited on 5 occasions and on each occasion tried multiple times to access my parcel using the PIN code provided, the QR code and the YEEP! App. None of them worked. On 24 March UPS were meant to collect the parcel but they have now visited on 6 occasions and have been unable to access the locker. There doesn't seem to be any way that even UPS can raise a complaint with YEEP and recover the parcel.
Lockers Don’t Work
I ordered a pair of trainers from Vinted as I felt mine were wearing down. Thought if I had them delivered to a locker it would be easier to pick up. Got a message on Thursday to say they were ready. Got to the locker, it registered the code but not a click or any noise to suggest a door opening despite what it said. Been in discussion since Thursday with DPD and Vinted, this is now Monday and I still can’t access it. And now it seems like the locker has shut itself down and the locker helpline doesn’t fancy picking up! I’d avoid these lockers like the plague they clearly don’t work at all! Who knows if I’ll ever get the trainers or if the seller gets their product back!
No tracking number was provided
No tracking number was provided, and my parcels were lost as a result. This has led to unexpected charges of over £400. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.

The worst
I would give no stars. I have no problems with inpost they are *chefs kiss* and I presumed this would be a similar experience. I was WRONG!!!!! Wow these lockers suck and so does this company and dpd. I had no idea what I was doing but I scanned the QR code like instructed and a locker opened. I popped my parcel in - a very expensive bottle of perfume - shut the door and the screen went blank. No recognition of putting the parcel in and no update on vinted. The parcel has now been lost or stuck for weeks with neither dpd or yeep wanting to help yet just continuously saying to contact the other party. Both useless. I will never ever shop DPD/YEEP again. I lost my perfume, my money, my time and got a bad review on vinted for what?
Horrible
Lost my parcel as no tracking provided in YEEP locker. They can be opened up by a random passer by just by selecting a number after you have left too!

Please fix the locker at Esso Collier…
Please fix the locker at Esso Collier Row Road in Romford! The locker that was opened had already other parcels there! Unbelievable, someone could just take them! Awful experience, I hope my package will be delivered…

If you asked AI to make a 80s steam punk version of InPost you would get Yeep!
Was asked to drop a parcel off to a Yeep! locker on behalf of a UPS returns. I printed the label and was given no other instructions. So popped to my local Yeep! only to find out that I HAD to have the Yeep! App before I could drop off the parcel. So stood in the rain downloading the app first failing for Yeep! the need to have the app even with a preprinted label and second no shelter near by whilst you make a new user download the app. The locker has a wake me button that you have to either hold down or press multiple times to wake the locker and eventually the locker and app, if you are lucky, might connect. The locker initially opened a compartment way to small for my parcel, clearly they start with the smallest and then make you close the door and tell it to open the next size up. Once the door is shut you have to tell it the door is closed via the app and then tell the locker you are finished in the app. Once I clicked finished on the app I was greeted with an update that said Invalid. After 10 minutes of going back and forth from locker to my car trying to sort out the app status I decided to contact their costumer service only to discover there isn’t one, literally there isn’t one, you are told to contact your courier. I was so frustrated at this point as I had been trying for almost 40 minutes to simply drop off the parcel. Finally I found on their own website that the app status might not update for many hours until the locker system syncs with their main system. Oh and I’ve also not mentioned the tiny 8 bit screen that looks like it’s off a 90’s Nokia, next to useless. Frankly I will never use one of these again, and as soon as my parcel arrives with the courier I’ll be deleting their app, fingers crossed it actually gets there.
Do not use these lockers!!!!!!!
Do not use these lockers!!!!!
Dropped off 3 Vinted orders using the QR codes provided. No proof via email or text apart from the tracking through Vinted and nothing further!
I have no idea if they have been picked up by DPD. And that was 2 weeks ago. Just states they’ve been dropped off in a locker with no further tracking updates.
Just to add I read these reviews since and took the steps that are being responded by Yeep…don’t bother it’s a waste of time. The DPD email does not help you and tell you contact Vinted and Vinted do nothing. It’s a sh*t show!
Please avoid these lockers!!!
Just to add to the misery
Just to add to the misery, I ordered something on Vinted and chose the DPD locker option. The tracking from DPD was accurate, the collection from the seller, it’s arrival at the sorting office etc. after a couple of days I get a notification it’s been delivered to “TO LOCKER” at 7pm. I’m not given any instructions on how to collect, no code, nothing. Then 5 hours later I’m advised it’s being returned to the sender, no reason given. DPD auto help (AI) just keeps saying it’s been delivered to “TO LOCKER” and I need to contact the sender if that’s not me. Both DPD and Yeep are useless and should be avoided at all costs.
Yeep Borough Green Station
Visited the Yeep! locker at Borough Green Station twice in the past 24hrs. Will not accept my parcel and the app keeps dropping out. Useless service and a complete waste of my time.

Can't collect my parcel. No customer service. Avoid!
First time using Yeep. Never again. Basically my high value parcel was delivered to Yeep as a secure option by DPD. The Yeep locker didn't send out a collection code when the item was delivered so it's now stuck in the locker. Yeep have no customer service so I can't get help from them. DPD are looking into it but don't operate the lockers and likewise with the shop I bought from. Nothing but stress, hassle and lots of phone calls and time on hold. Not going to use them again.
Should be a minus star
It's a pity you can't give it a negative star rating. I tried to use a yeep locker to send a vinted parcel and it wouldn't scan the QR code. I even tried a different location and still had the same problem. Absolutely terrible and while you tried to scan it the machine keeps switching off.

Terrible
Terrible.
I very rarely leave reviews, but on this occasion I feel it is necessary.
Tried to send a Vinted parcel via one of these lockers as the Buyer ordered on a Saturday evening and chose DPD postage but had asked if I could post it ASAP as they wanted to receive the item quickly. In an attempt to provide a good service, I thought it would be quicker to pop it in one of these lockers rather than wait until the PO opened on the Monday - I couldn't have been more wrong.
After you shut the door, you receive no confirmation that you have posted the parcel, so have no evidence at all that the item has been dispatched. A week or so passed and Vinted cancelled my order and refunded the Buyer on the basis that the parcel had not been posted. I have no way of proving otherwise, so am left without the parcel or any evidence that I ever posted it. The parcel is either still on its way to the Buyer (who will then receive it for free) or (more likely) it will never get there, neither will it ever be returned to me as there is nothing to trace the parcel back to me.
Thank goodness on this occasion the parcel wasn't worth too much.
This is either a completely flawed business model, or a fraudulent company - I'm not sure I'll ever know. I just wish I'd have checked reviews on here before using the service, because my experience clearly isn't an anomaly.
Just use InPost instead, or if sending a DPD parcel then go to the post office. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before DPD cut their ties with this shambles of an enterprise.
Utter garbage
Utter garbage
Tried to drop off a parcel at a locker only for the locker to continuously say cannot open door. It took ages to figure out how to connect to the locker as UPS packages cant be scanned and need to use the app which is terrible. Still trying to figure out what to do but there is no one to contact as their contact page is useless as well. Complete and utter garbage.

I didn't do my research on yeep lockers… please avoid,
I didn't do my research on yeep lockers , absolutely nightmare!, sold something on vinted no label required, was new to vinted , been on eBay for years never any issues on eBay, yeep locker opened multiple lockers! There was a parcel already inside, the buyer got the wrong parcel 📦, vinted took a long time to investigate, I did finally get my money for the lost parcel , eventually never found out where my parcels, probably still in the locker, 😞, please avoid yeep, not worth the hustle!

Dropped a returns parcel at a Yeep locker. Scanned the DPd label. This was 10 days ago. DPd tracking saying I’ve still to drop it off . I’ve no proof I dropped it off as the system unlike InPost doesn’t email you.
Awful awful service… please don’t use unless you’re willing to never see the parcel again.
I feel if it ever gets picked up my return date will be invalid. Absolutely no help from Yeep!
I’ve also spoken to my local DPd driver who told me he’s had multiple customers with the same issue!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience with a locker until today, went and scanned the QR code there was a locker open, so me thinking that was my locker i put my parcel in there and shut it, it turns out that wasn’t my locker and it was just randomly open??? so it then said put your parcel in the locker which i then couldn’t because i’d already put it in the one previously opened, it then cancelled my order and now i am probably going to lose the parcel because i can’t even get a hold of anyone. avoid avoid avoid, do not use dpd or yeep:

Nooooooooooooooo!
Setting aside the long struggle to get the locker to work (Morrisons, 60 Trouse Lane, WS10 7HS) and accept a large parcel, bound for Dundee, the idea is that DPD collect and deliver the parcel.
So at 16.16 on 22/03/26 we are up and running. DPD claim to have the parcel and it is on its way to the receiver!
That's been the case for 11 days.
Nine days in, I ask DPD where might the parcel be? Oh! The Pick Up Head Office will send a driver to the locker to collect the parcel! No year was given. Guess what?
Nothing has happened.
Anyone even remotely considering using the YEEP DPD delivery dream team should think again.
Hundreds of pounds. That's what I'm going to be losing. I'm only here to see if I can get the very galling and tone deaf YEEP stock reply.
I'd like to thank DPD for partnering with YEEEEEEP just to see how much cost, loss, worry and wasted time they can inflict on the public.
