Tara is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She was quickly able to find a quality diamond and band within our broad price point, patiently helping us narrow in on what we wanted. She was able to handle all questions and made suggestions about the best quality diamonds. I strongly recommend both her and Shining Diamonds. Also, once she knew our delivery timeline, her and the workshop team were able to pull through to deliver it timely and with the ring looking amazing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Esther was able to provide guidance and we are very pleased with our purchase. We will definitely return when we are in the market for another piece.

A fantastic experience. The team worked with me every step of the way to design and produce a custom ring for me, recommending cut, shape, and design, whilst allowing me to realise my vision. Charlie in Brighton was super helpful and kept me up to speed as it was being made, and Clarisse in London was very helpful for collection, and Esther in the office also ensured I could get the ring when I wanted.

We returned to make another purchase from Shining Diamonds as they always offer excellent service and value. Once again they did not disappoint, creating a beautiful custom made piece for us which exceeded our expectations. Eleanor was fantastic - thank you for your help.

I cannot recommend Shinning Diamonds more! I had no idea about engagement rings, the process or timescale for making a custom ring.

I walked up and down Hatton Gardens looking in windows, the only shop that saw me looking and and asked if I needed assistance was Shinning Diamonds.

Eleanor came out and asked if I needed any help and I was very happy she did! We went inside and looked at designs, the process and I was took through diamond gradings in a very informative manner by Eleanor showing me examples of different diamonds as well so I could see in person.

I had a tight deadline for the ring to be made before my holiday which was met and during the process communication was second to none.

If you are in need of an engagement ring I would strongly suggest going to Shinning diamonds!

Bought a beautiful engagement ring at a fantastic price. Went in to the process a bit clueless, but it was all made very simple by Tara and her expertise, without any pressure to buy, and I couldn't be happier with the end result - a very customised/personal, and beautiful ring, which was actually ready much sooner than anticipated (thankfully they were happy to hold until nearer the time needed.) Could not recommend enough!

I’ve always had a great experience here, the service and jewellery quality is brilliant, out of all the shops I’ve been to in Hatton Gardens this one is my favourite and the jewellery consultant Tara is really professional and super helpful.

Everything from the business model to the personal service is reassuring and welcoming. There was no pressure to upsell (almost the opposite) and Eleanor was genuine and enthusiastic.
