Prompt Customer Service

Had an issue with a faulty bracelet, returned for assessment as it was covered under warranty, there was an initial delay with the Supplier and Chisholm Hunter, thankfully Sharon stepped in and resolved in no time, have received a replacement bracelet today.
Extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend.

My experience in the Inverness store…

My experience in the Inverness store was frustrating and underwhelming.

We visited the store in search of wedding rings and we were greeted at the entrance and shown to a set of seats. I had seen a ring online that they unfortunately didn’t have in the store and the sales assistant wasn’t able to provide me any information for this ring. I was presented with others and told “it’ll probably be like this one, or this one” but no more information was provided.

When I asked for a quote for a ring they said they would be able to “do something” with the price. What I wasn’t expecting was that it would increase by £350 and then for them to tell me that they can knock ~£300 off this which still made this more than the list price. The reason - the size of the ring needed.

The issue - if I ordered the same ring online it would be cheaper in the correct size without any discount. I would love for the reasons behind this to be explained to me but we swiftly left after feeling as though they were just trying to make money from us.

Terrible company deal with

Terrible company deal with . Most expensive purchase ever in my life . Bought gold diamond bracelet for my wife Christmas .
The item was filthy no paperwork or authenticity also box all bashed seen better in car boot sale . Returned the item to shop got a replacement . After 6 months the bracelet broke during festive period the item was in repair shop . We got it back after the first first time on the item broken again . We taken thw bracelet back to shop then wait again until it get repaired . So angry and disappointed the company just don’t care about customers .So much wasted time and money , mileage on the car fuel money down the drain . This company don’t care .
We live 150 miles away this is not conveinent nor is it acceptable for this piece of rubbish jewellery to keep been fixed . We wanted a replacement item but told go through process . NEVER again will shop with Chisholm Hunter .

Receiving a bracelet in poor condition, without paperwork, and in damaged packaging is unacceptable, and I apologise that this happened at all. Having the item break twice, particularly so soon after repair, only adds to the disappointment, and I appreciate how upsetting and time‑consuming this has been for you both.
While our team followed the required repair process, I recognise that this hasn’t provided a satisfactory resolution for you. You should not have had to make multiple long journeys or feel that your concerns weren’t taken seriously.

Beware

After a lot of careful thought , time spent in store a few emotional tears and a promise of a refund or exchange if I wasn’t happy with the rings ,and the understanding that they would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks , we placed an order .. A simple ( no design required ) Custom order for 2 diamond rings placed at beginning of Nov 2025 to celebrate a very special Anniversary , 3 weeks later after ordering and paying a deposit I received an email requesting me to ok the design For 1 ring ! … I had placed a simple order for 2 rings that did not require a re design , they had combined the 2 rings into 1 and come up with a new design ! At this point I was furious as 3 weeks had already passed and I was promised 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Multiple visits back and forward to the store and during this time I was very patient . 6 weeks past and still no rings ! Fast forward into Jan 2026 , 2 1/2 months had passed , still no rings . Eventually end of Jan they arrived only to find that the engagement ring wasn’t the same dimensions as the ring I had chosen , back and forward again multiple times and Feb came , we had already paid a deposit and 2 months instalments ( which upon later discovery found we shouldn’t have paid any until goods were received! ) … middle of Feb I received a call to say rings were adjusted and ready for collection. By this time I was extremely upset 😢 , the sparkle ! And excitement of receiving these rings for our special anniversary had gone , they were only to forever remind me of all the hassle , torment and stress we had gone through . I decided to ask for a full refund and cancellation only to be told you need to accept these we don’t do refunds ! You can imagine my response.. Eventually after several phone calls forward and back to managers , area managers etc etc they cancelled our order .. I am now sat with no special rings and a fear or ordering anything anytime soon … A sentimental gift to celebrate our marriage has been ruined and I will never set foot in Chisholm Hunter again !!!!

The young lady who assisted me was very efficient,helpful and amicable and it made for an enjoyable experience as I was purchasing jewellery for mother day
.however before the young lady came there was another mature lady who initially assisted me but she was very stern ,not approachable and I felt quite uneasy .surprisingly a couple walked in after me and she was all smiles and friendly to them
