We had an amazing experience at the Shining Diamond store, all thanks to Khushi. She assisted me in choosing my wife’s wedding ring and provided truly fantastic service from start to finish. Khushi was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect and that I felt confident in my choice. She genuinely cared about helping me find the right ring, and her warm, professional approach made the whole experience special and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better service—highly recommend asking for Khushi if you visit the store!

Bought a beautiful diamond pendant from the Brighton store. The recipient was very pleased with her present and we had unknowingly managed to matched it with another piece of jewellery also bought there. Joby was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us, showing us various different items until we settled on the one we wanted.

We first visited to buy my engagement ring and had such an amazing experience that we came back to buy my wedding band too. Clarice was wonderful to work with - friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We never felt rushed or pressured, and her advice was genuinely helpful which made the decision-making process so easy. Choosing your rings is a huge moment and Shining Diamonds made it even more special. I highly recommend!

I almost brought an eternity ring which was double the price in New York. So glad I found this shop I happened into at Hatton garden. Elenor was brilliant ! She listened & guided me through the experience- and the result is breathtaking! My stomach flipped when I saw it. Very professional team I’d recommend going in person before buying something off a website or other shop so you can get a quote.

I have bought 2 rings from Shining Diamonds - an engagement and a wedding ring. On both occasions I needed the ring to meet certain requirements and be delivered by a certain date and Tara helped at every step along the way. First class product and service!

I had a nice experience buying diamond earings at the Shinning Diamonds in London. I found the small hoops for everyday wear I was looking for. Tara at the shop was very welcoming and polite . She gave me genuine advise in choosing diamond set in gold vs silver and was patient as I tried on the jewellery. A good thing was they had same design in both colors.
The earings are pretty and comfortable.

I bought an engagement ring for my fiancee from Shining Diamonds. Their products and prices are fantastic and their location in the 'jewellery quarter' in Brighton is perfect. I was totally unsure of what to buy my fiancee but they made the process easy and flawless. She loves the ring and the service given was great. The resizing of the ring both on the day and then a couple of weeks later only took a few hours using their on site workshop which was ideal. Staff were personable and really helpful and helped make our engagement perfect 👌

All people are extremely helpful at the shining diamonds store however the after care has been below sub standard.

An engagement ring I bought for my fiance was damaged, remade by the store itself and then damaged again. They want me to send the ring in for repairs but I now do not trust the quality of their workshop repairs.

I believe they have the responsibility to pay for the repairs which they are refusing to do. I’d steer clear of this company if I were you.
