I recently bought my wedding band from Shining Diamonds, and I had the pleasure of being helped by Eleanor. She was exceptionally professional from start to finish, and I immediately felt I was in safe hands. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the entire experience truly special.

We recently just popped into, whist passing "Shinning Diamonds" in "The Lanes" Brighton. We were greeted with a smile from Charlie. We knew what we were looking for and Charlie was very knowledgeable, super helpful and very professional. A absolute credit to the business
Because of his knowledge, we ordered a super 2.5 carat diamond ring. Charlie recommended a suitable cathedral mount for us, which he arranged to be made. We collected the ring today which we are very happy with. Came across shinning diamonds while looking in the lanes for an engagement ring, like a magpie spotted the beautiful shining diamonds in the window.. wasn’t 100% sure on what I was looking for but was greeted by Joby who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process including resizing. Sorry this is a delayed review but it was a surprise proposal! Thank you so much for all your help

We needed our engagement ring resized as it was slightly too big. Charlie at the Brighton branch arranged for this to be done within 3 hours of dropping the ring off, using the free 3 month resizing the company offer. An excellent service and very professional service provided. Highly recommended.

Referred by a friend to use shinning diamonds, Clarice at Hatton gardens made the whole experience nice easy and stress free. I designed a ring and it was made with such short notice, she reassured it would be done by a certain date and followed through. Couldn’t fault her what so ever, would defo use her again in the future.

We popped in after seeing a couple of rings in the window that were interesting. Although we had no intention of buying a ring that day, Joby asked us in to take a look. His customer service was excellent and after presenting us with a deal we could not refuse, we left after buying a ring! Highly recommended.

I bought my engagement ring upgrade via online with shining diamonds , and then used the WhatsApp messaging system to follow the making of it every step of the way . A lovely lovely lady called Julianne Y looked after me through it all , and when I say she has gone above and beyond for me would be an understatement! She was and is wonderful and amazing at what she does. If I had a problem or I needed the ring tweaked , nothing was to much trouble . I 100% recommend shining diamonds and if you’re lucky enough, you might just get Julianne Y looking after you ! Thank you so much ! X

I bought my wedding ring from Shining Diamonds having scoured the internet and finding they offered (by far) the best value for money. To be honest, I’d left it quite late, so I went into the Brighton store and showed Bronnie the ring I was after from the website - the delivery date was approx 4 weeks and I wanted to be sure it would arrive in time. Bronnie couldn’t have been more helpful; contacting the warehouse team and confirming that it would arrive no later than the week before my wedding. I still wanted to take advantage of the PayPal pay-in-3 option offered on the website, so Bronnie sent me a personal payment link on WhatsApp which allowed this. Once confirmed, I was kept updated on the progress of the ring and diamond setting process and as soon as it was ready for collection I was able to run down to the store and pick it up with the flash. Most importantly, the ring was everything I’d wanted and more - even better than the website photos and absolutely perfect (the fit, the diamond, the finish). Anyone giving poor reviews seem to either be confusing ShiningDiamonds with another company or be at fault themselves! Thank you to the whole ShiningDiamonds team who helped create the perfect wedding ring for me and a special thanks to Bronnie for being so helpful and hyping me and my wife up for the wedding!

Huge thank you to Eleanor for her excellent customer service! Eleanor helped us to choose the perfect ring which I absolutely love. There was no hard sell or pressure at any moment during our visit, and having listened to what we wanted Eleanor was able to make a recommendation which was just perfect!
