Just received my Infiniti Q30 boot liner. great quality and fit like a glove. well worth the extra money. 100% would recommend.

Superb customer service. We ordered a bike rack which arrived promptly but had unfortunately been damaged in transit. I let the roof box company know, and they supplied a replacement the next day AND took away the damaged one at the same time. Very happy with the service, and competitively priced too . I will definitely use this company again for any future purchases and highly recommend.

Third time I have used this company. Always very impressed. Customer service is fantastic, always quick to respond to pre order questions. We had delivery issues with our most recent order due to house being a bit of a pain to find and missing a call from delivery driver while we were out. I received a call from Brenda at roof box company regarding the issue within minutes of the delivery company updating the status to failed and within 10 minutes the driver had returned to deliver. You can't ask for more than that!!!

Reported one minor missing part. Instant connection to a very helpful human by phone and part was identified and a promise to get it mailed same day. No need for forms or othre hassle. Wonderful.

Ordered items which were left by DX on my doorstep and with part of the order missing. Rand The Roof Box Co the next morning, and they agreed to send the missing part of the order straight away, even had a customer service phone call to apologise even though it wasn't their fault.
(DX on the other hand were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot, and their customer service weren't at all interested or apologetic- left them a 1* review)

I enquired about whether a roof rack I had for a previous vehicle could be adapted to fit my new car. It couldn't, but i had a very quick response, directed me to an equivalent product which would fit.
Not only that, but on request they sent me a list of cars which would fit my old rack if i decided to sell it.

I enquired about an out of stock item a couple of months back, I got a really quick and helpful response on when it was likely to be available. I decided to wait and am so glad I did. Great service (arrived next day after ordering), the Yakima bars and SUP Dawg are fantastic products, extremely happy with my purchase. Plus easy to use website, love the fact it makes it so clear what combination of bars would work with my car and the carrier I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great company and product, Ben answered my initial questions very quickly prior to ordering, my wife and I were abroad, but placed our order as soon as we arrived back. Our bike rack arrived a day early and Ben had already offered a telephone call if I had any problems assembling ( I have a brain injury & not so good at understanding instructions ). It took me approximately 1hr carefully putting it together and double checking everything. I have used it a few times now, it's easy to offer up to the towball, level it and lock it on, the folding rear lights are a great idea and my new number plate just slides in.
We would highly recommend The Roof Box Co, even just for a chat and advice, especially if you have heavy ebikes like we do and need to ensure you're buying the right product.

Buy your Roof Racks, Roof Box, Biker Rack, etc etc from these guys. Dont even look at another retailer...
I had some serious issues with a product and The Roof Box Company stopped at nothing to put things right.
Any company can sell you a product and 99% of the time you never have to deal with them again.
I was unlucky and these guys stopped at nothing to put it all right. This is the TRUE measure of how good a company is.

Bought roof bars and a box from here, asked beforehand a recommendation for a roof box considering I was unsure. Gave me a few options and went with one. Quick service delivery and great support! Will be looking at buying again in the future!

Bars I took over from my old car, had to buy new fittings as expected and realized there's issues between cars and roof bars. That was quickly sorted. Roof box looks great, managed to get it up onto the car myself despite its size and it looks great

I needed a Tow Bar Bike Rack for 2x Very heavy E-Bikes, I decided to call The Roof Box Company. The staff were so knowledgeable about the products they sell and put my mind at ease knowing they knew exactly what I needed. They recommended me the Buzz Rack E-Scorpion XL, this is made to hold 2x30kg. So I agreed to buy this at a very competitive price, (a family member has a bike carrier to hold 2 normal weight bikes and paid a lot more money for something that looked very cheap in comparison). Anyway, when the parcel arrived the box was damaged in transit, before I could tell them I wasn’t happy at the fact that the box was damaged they had already arranged to send me another bike rack out to me and pick the damaged box rack up from me.
Outstanding service, when I fitted the E-Scorpion to my car I was blown away by the build quality and ease of use.
19 months later there is a problem with the trailer, so I phoned them and they told me they would pick it up repair it and send it back to me ( all free of charge) when I mentioned I had a planned Bike ride in a few days time I was told to leave it with them and they would call me back later. I got a call from Brenda late afternoon and she said that because of my bike ride we wouldn’t be able to pick the bike rack up from you, get it fixed and back to you in time for your bike ride, so instead we will send you a brand new bike rack out in the post and pick your old one up later.
That’s exactly what they did for me……..

I've just bought roofbars for my hyundai i800 and a roofbox. Hyundai i800s aren't the easiest cars to get roofbars for but thanks to your advice I have managed to sort it. When I spoke to someone on the phone, the advice was honest and helpful. At the time some of the fittengs wern't in stock but you assured me they were coming and that if I preordered no money would be taken until the goods were dispatched altogether. True to your word that is what happened. The goods were available much sooner than I expected meaning we can now give it a trial run over Easter rather than wait for our long camping trip in the summer. Once dispatched everything was with us the next day. Amazing service. Thank you

Roofbox company are always competitive on price but what really elevates them above others is their customer service. They are always responsive and really care about their customers. I will certainly continue to shop with them. Highly recommended!

I recently phoned The Roof Box Company after loosing my Cruz roofbar instructions I wanted to find out the correct distance to space them on my particular car as I'd forgotten, and I couldnt find them online, I spoke to an extremely polite and helpful lady there who said she would email me the correct instructions, by the time I had ended the phone call the email had arrived with said instructions so a massive thank you to The Roof Box Company for such excellent service I'd thoroughly recommend their service to anyone.
