Renewafuel have been amazing in helping my parents. Nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend for Air pump and solar panels. Im even booked in for my install aswell now.

My solar panels have been on my roof a week or so now, and I am already seeing from the app that I am covering my household usage through most of the day and managing to save a little in my battery too for running the home through the night.
They look very smart on the roof, and my neighbour is after a matching set - I was happy to recommend they went with Renewafuel too.

The heat pump has been in a while now and the electricity costs had crept up in the colder weather - but now that the solar is in, I'm fully in control of my bills for the first time - very happy!

Renewafuel recommended a Ecodan air source heatpump, which we installed in 2020. Now the compressor has failed and a replacement is not in stock. We have been living with no heat for 2 weeks so far. The best estimate is another 10 weeks. We can get no help from this company or the manufacturer, Mitsubishi.

Solar panels and batteries can save so much on electric and gas!! it heats the water and we have fan heaters for cold days so you can turn the gas off in the summer I’m that much in credit for electricity my monthly payment is £5 pound

I did not know too much about Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar Panels but after my first meeting with the Renewafuel representative everything was made clear to me in a way I could understand fully, all of the equipment fitted Air Source Pump and Solar Panels etc. are of high quality and fitted to the highest standard. The team fitting the Heat Pump were excellent and and kept me informed as to what was going on and went that extra mile to ensure I was happy with the end result, great team of guys and very approachable and kept the house clean at all times.

Great team fitting the Solar Panels also, you would have hardly known they were here apart from a little banging on the roof at times. Electrician wiring the batteries and fitting car charger was also excellent and was also able to answer any questions we had.

I must also mention the Renewafuel back in the office who were very helpful and always available to answer any questions or fix any issues we had.

To sum up all the people we dealt with at Renewafuel were excellent and the customer service was superb, all equipment fitted aw of a very high standard and the work was carried out professionally and to the highest of standards and I would highly recommend looking at Renewafuel if looking to fit a Heat Pump, Solar Panels or a Car Charger.

The team provided a comprehensive explanation of everything, and I am extremely satisfied with the equipment installation. The electrician and his apprentice were remarkably efficient and dedicated, ensuring that the job was completed without delay. They left the area spotless, even taking away all the rubbish. After finishing, the electrician took the time to thoroughly explain how the mobile system operates.

Very disappointed that the surveyor did not show up at the agreed time. No communication from them before or after.

The guys that fitted the loft hatch today were extremely professional in both there attitude information and carrying out the work required, the result was outstanding and fitted in with our decor . I would strongly recommend these guys for future work.

What a fantastic company! From the very first visit to the final day it has been a pleasure having Renewafuel install my new Heat pump. I was kept fully informed every step of the way. The 3 workmen that installed the heating system in my home were quite simply awesome! The politest guys I’ve ever met, and they were all brothers! I cannot speak highly enough about Renewafuel. I had a little delay/issue regarding the rubbish which wasn’t collected when it should have been, but Renewafuel went out of their way to ensure it was collected as soon as possible. I have a lovely warm house with lots of new radiators and a system which is working perfectly! Thankyou!!!

The experience began very well with the installation of the heat pump, the rads and the solar panels completed within two days. Unfortunately, the electrician assigned to the job was taken ill and a replacement electrician had to be given the job to connect up the system. Although it was hoped that the replacement would arrive the next day, he was held up on another job, and was hence scheduled for the next day at about noon. In the event he arrived with his assistant at 6:30pm and eventually got the system connected by 9:30pm. By then we had been without heat (other than via a couple of small space heaters) for 4 days. Within a couple of hours of their departure the rads in a couple of bedrooms began making a loud thumping noise and the temperature was excessive. We tried to turn off one of the rads and the thermal valve simply came away. The following day we contacted the head office and it was eventually arranged for the sales manager to come out late afternoon to attend to a couple of administration tasks and finally turn off the rad that was causing the difficulty. Although it was hoped that the original plumber would be attending by then it was eventually confirmed that he would come to the property on Sunday between 12 noon and 2pm. At 1:55pm he messaged that he wouldn’t be able to attend until the following the morning at 8am. As we had been waiting around for his visit we weren’t very pleased by this late notification of non-arrival. We were in a situation where some rads were functioning and others weren’t (it seemed) and by now it was 7 days since our oil boiler had been disconnected and the project had begun. On Monday a plumber arrived mid-morning and sorted out the rads and the system seemed to be functioning correctly. However, the following day the cylinder developed a slow leak and the plumber had to return to reduce the water pressure. Unfortunately that resulted in the shower only producing cold water and he had to return on the Wednesday to adjust the pressure which eventually required an external valve to reduce the water pressure coming into the house. In the meantime the electrician had to return to complete installation of the external wiring. It was a few days later that the last of the rubbish was removed. The system appears to be functioning properly now although the water pressure from the shower is not optimum but it would appear that is unfortunately necessary due to the external water pressure needing to be reduced.
So, a project that was supposed to take 3 days eventually took almost 2 weeks. Admittedly, it was simply bad luck that the original electrician was unexpectedly ill and the external water pressure seems to be unusually high.
Although the overall project management and some of lthe communication was less than prompt and helpful (with the notable exception of the office adminstrator who was very helpful), the attitude of the electricians, plumbers, solar panel installers, and indeed the rubbish removal staff was superb. What was very much appreciated was the way they all respected our home and made every effort to minimise disruption. We were aware that they often had to travel long distances and worked long hours but were always cheerful and tried to be as helpful as possible.
We have recorded the date of the experience as 27 January that is the start date of the project. The finish date is the 6 February.

A pre visit to explain the process of having a battery added to my existing solar panel was thorough and helpful with linking with my existing gas heating. The electrician installing the battery in my attic was equally thoughtful as well as efficient with the sheer weight of managing the process, and came back from a distance to reposition a cable.
Slightly concerned about the number of jobs plus long travel the employees have to do.

Quick visit with an efficient change of my FIT meter and a quick check of the settings of the inverter finding a few settings that were making it less efficient so he corrected them, all with a pleasant relaxed and professional manner

Our air source heat pump had a water leak which I believe was condensation. After getting in touch with Renewafuel the engineer came out and found the heat pump was slightly out of plumb this was soon put right.
Problem solved. Thanks Renewafuel.

Appalling service. My install has never been completed properly. My water tank is too small, pipes not soldered. A leak from my towel rail following installation is causing damage and staining to the decor in the Lounge below.
I was told it’s a one stop shop. Paid £18k for solar and heat pump, paid when installed and shouldn’t have.
Beware using this company as months later they then decide I’m to write in a complaint. They are abrupt, rude and don’t do anything they say.
