I have been going back and forth with ReceiptHog’s customer service since July 10th! I’m still waiting for them to reactivate my account again. They take weeks to respond once, if at all.

Apparently, it was forwarded to the engineering team on August 7, 2023, because something wasn’t working and I’ve just been waiting a ridiculously long time ever since.

“The back-end team is currently checking on this as we speak. I'll get back to you as soon as we have an update on this matter.” that was the last message from you guys on August 17, 2023.

No further updates, no follow-ups. I’ve literally just been waiting.

This should not take 2 months, it’s ridiculous. Just give me my account back finally please and thank you.

Love the idea of this app, used it for a couple of years and probably redeemed once. However, suddenly my account weren't able to login and I have contacted their customer service, yet almost 2 months now and the issue is still not fixed...
The representative response less than once a week, which is quite ridiculous and keeps on asking you the same question if it's fixed without actually providing much help, meaning a solution...
so now i have plenty of points that's not redeemed and i can't submit new receipts, which is a lose-lose situation for me and the company, because they are about to lose a loyal user.

so until they fix my problem or provide a compensation for the loss of all this time, my review will remain 2 stars.

I've been Hogging for years...I have had a recent issue with my account regarding my email....the customer service is incredible. Quick responses from the Hog support team fixed my issue quickly....the quick and efficient payouts are incredible.....Love you, Porky!!!

I just submitted a request to have my phone number updated and it was taken care of in less then 1/2 an hour - wow - that was quick!! - love it - thanks!

Receipts are constantly being rejected after having been accepted previously. Contact them repeatedly to get receipts approved and nothing is done for weeks and multiple emails requesting resolution of issues. They indicate receipts are blurry but they are perfectly clear, they make up names for receipts that comply with their requirements and are non-responsive even after sending an apology email for their tardiness and asking if the issue is resolved. Very poor customer service from this company.

Caution when using Receipt Hog!!
Since they lie about my legitimate receipts and removed my account, I will say I am No longer receiving a ton of unwanted emails, this means they were selling my info!!!
Receipt Hog still keeps going, sending me emails. I emailed back, as I know they lost my good business, (using credit cards Receipts, like have for well over a year!!! They should have removed my email instantly, but they didn't. Now, they still have more to say on Trustpilot!! Please note readers, if my receipts were not good from day 1 I should have been informed, is all about those spins I should have received and they didn't give them or my $$$. Plus I have read end of September, Receipt Hog will out of be in business. Caution all the way!!!
Receipt Hog still keeps emailing me, they just don't stop when they are wrong and selfish.

Receipt Hog is a scam. I scanned receipts for several months from items that I have purchased and possibly a couple from my wife from when we shopped together. When I tried to redeem rewards for a $15 Visa gift card, it wouldn't send me a redemption code. I contacted customer service about the issue and they canceled my account for violating terms. They falsely accused me of uploading receipts that were not mine.

I have been trying since July 2nd to get a resolution to the problem i try to reset my p/w it doesn't send the confirmation to my e-mail it states my email is valid but unable to access the account pathetic customer service

Deserves ZERO stars, Receipt hog is a waste of time, Every week over HALF of my receipts do not count, they claim blurry, etc I Use Fetch and every receipt is accepted. I never make Hogs weekly quota cause as stated over half my receipts they have a BS reason not to accept. This app will be getting deleted

Only because I can't give it zero, it gets one star. I've been using the app for a couple of months and I constantly receive messages that my receipt is not a full receipt, when it is. I'm told it's a blurry receipt and it isn't. Excuses and excuses to not give me credit for my receipts. I scan receipts for another app and I've earned over a hundred dollars. This company does not constantly tell me the exact same receipt I submitted to receipthog isn't good. I'm confident they won't let me mention the other company by name, so unfortunately I can't. I would love for everyone to leave receipthog and go to them. They are legit. If you think about a dog, you might be able to figure it out. I'm done with receipthog and hope anyone who reads this understands, I write great reviews when you are good and bad reviews when you're bad. Don't use receipthog!

I’m am so disappointed in your customer support team I have been trying to get into my acct for a month tried call no answer and messages are full. Not very professional I need help is their anyone running this place
Up date I got a reply but still no help I’ve been saving my receipts for 2 years putting in receipt hog just to get $40.00 and when I was almost there it shut me out still can’t get a code to get in my acct and I’ve done everything they ask me to and still can’t get a code I can’t believe they treat their customers this way If something changes and I actually get help I will up date but it’s been Almost 2 months and still no help can’t even speak to a real person. Phone # not any good mailbox is full all the time.

Receipt Hog is great! I just enjoy it and all that it has. They even proved how GREAT they are...I was having problems logging in and J. Dellamea came to the rescue and got the problem corrected, allowing me back in to all the points I had. Thank you so much for that. Well once again Receipt Hog is great! I enjoy it 😃

Had issue with activating gift cards. Once I notified support my issue was resolve very quickly actually in a matter of minutes. Thank you Julian

I've been using Receipt Hog for well over a year now and love it! I had an issue with a conflict of two different email addresses on my account that was my fault. Just a shout out to Juliano at Receipt Hog that helped me figure it all out. Not only did he help me, but did so at 10:48 pm on a Monday night! WOW! Talk about customer service! Way to go, Receipt Hog! Keep hiring people like Juliano!!

just got my first $5.00 amazon gift from receipt hog pretty happy bout that been useing coin out and fetch the exact same amount of time submitted all the same receipts but coin out plays games and don't let you cash in your rewards and fetch still says I have not earned any rewards I will keep Receipt hog app and actively submit more receipts now that I know they are legitimate thanks Receipt Hog ps i have screenshots for proof but no place to upload them here

I received a response from receipthog asking me to contact them throigh their app. After I wrote my initial complaint on here I was more than happy to do so.. then received a notice from them asking me to provide screenshots of the challenge. I did so. Just to give a little background. I downloaded receipthog through another game app called Design Home in which I was suppose to receive diamonds through this game after each challenge. I initially notified Design Home that I wasn't receiving the rewards after completing the tssks. They (DH) informed me that their was nothing that they could do being thst it wasn't their challenge. Fast forward, after sending the screenshot to ReceiptHog I was informed by them that they could not reward diamonds to me. I understood that from the beginning. As I stated to ReceiptHog they could instruct Design Home to do so being that they have the challenge information and my Receipt Hog account in which they (RH) can determine which challenges I completed and reward me accordingly. Receipt Hog is definitely UNTRUSTWORTHY!! And it quite obvious that they do NOT value their subscribers.
