I used onchain with fetchaicd.com as…a trading platform

I used onchain with fetchaicd.com as the trading platform. I had $3500 in my wallet and followed the instruction by customer service to withdraw. The request was 4/10/26 and I’ve been danced around by customer service for 5 days. The withdrawal from my wallet I’ve documented, however the trace on the $3500 is no where to be found. I’m going to the IC3.gov and reporting the history and documentation of the transaction to the FBI. It appears to be a total SCAM

They absolutely lie

They absolutely lie. Once you get good at their app, they find ways to deny a cash-in. The last 2 times I was to cash in points for an Amazon card, I was penalized: first time 18K points, this time 31K points - all within the last month. Their reasoning: "duplicate receipts". I went back a looked through all the receipts posted. There were a couple that could have been duplicate - POSSIBLY because of itemized vs. cc and the robot captures the transaction without the correct name. HOWEVER, that would account for a couple not making a huge difference (`1-2K at most) and nothing compared to the "specials" they fail to capture and you need to chase them for. But here's the money shot. How can I get deducted more points that I've accumulated? I've asked them repeatedly for the math. No go. Whatever third world math they use makes sense of that non-sense in order for someone to make a quote of not paying out. THEY ARE LIARS.

Unfair Practices

4/2/26: Accumulated almost 40,000 points and when attempted to scan 2 receipts it wanted to update, yet would not allow me to. It says my phone is no longer compatible w/Fetch. That is horrible!! After months of my points, I can no longer access to use points earned at least.

I recently collected about 90,000 points. I requested my gift card for 50 Amazon then I received a decline in points and then a reduction in points. I tried the chat for customer service and they were not helpful at all.

Fetch is scam tell send me my cards.

I created an account and the Fetch app told me that if I shared my referral code I would get bonus points, so I shared my referral on my social media accounts and with my friends and family so they could use it and we could get the bonus. When I logged into my account and saw the points I'd earned from referrals, I requested an Apple Gift Card, only to be surprised when the app told me my account was frozen and I needed to contact support. I did contact them, but they didn't restore my account or send me the card that I orderd. I believe this is a fraudulent tactic to promote their website and acquire as many customers as possible, then lie to them and refuse payment. I am requesting, through this respected platform, that they restore my account so I can use it again and send me my card. That is, if they are being truthful.

Think about it 5,000 points equals $3 Amazon card

It is taking me so long scanning so many receipts. After diligently doing this everyday with every receipt I get, I only have 14,000 points. 25 points per receipt. I wanted to redeem 5,000 points. I could get a $3 Amazon card. Now think about that. All the time it takes you to snap receipts and for them to use your information and sell it to whoever they sell it, because they're not doing it from the goodness of their heart. They want to reward you for $5,000 points, $3 worth of an Amazon card??? Where do we see that this is worth our time and effort for them to take our information, use it as they see fit and sell it as they see fit?

Scam scam scam

I went to redeem a $5 google play gift card and my account was frozen. I contacted support and all I got was an automated response about violating their TOS when I never did! They refuse to reinstate my account or respond to anymore emails. They should be shut down for violations!

Dont expect your points for games if for some reason it doesnt auto apply

They have terrible customer service. They only recently started telling people if the games you play dont give you points automatically like they should then they will only add points manually once. Before they made this part of their response I spent a significant amount of time on a task that should have gotten me about 6,000 points and they refused to do anything about it. It was never in their disclaimers or anything until recently. They magically cant add points but they can ignore emails and tell you to go fly a kite. Once I am able to cash out I will never use their app again.

Just awful

Just awful, I was subtracted 88,000 points because a receipt I scanned didn't give my correct points so I scanned it again and the correct points did show. They took it upon themselves to wipe out my entire bank of points without telling what other errors I had made.

Not worth my Time.

I faithfully scanned receipts for 2 years and received a whopping $10 a year. You can only use their electronic gift cards at certain places. For one thing, what are you going to buy for less than $10 including taxes? Another, who in their right mind wants to shop from Trump loving companies like Walmart, Target, or Amazon. Not me! Not to mention all the time I put into it for a measly 19 cents a week. Definitely not worth it. I still have a $10 gift card I'll probably never use.

Poor customer service points not accurate

I find that may times, fetch dis not recognize all the available deals. I have a case open now with them for 30 points for every dollar spent at a restaurant and to date, only 25 points on an almost $40 bill. When I inquire they want me to resubmit everything g for the third time. Buyer beware cust service is a joke

I’ve been using Fetch for several years…

I’ve been using Fetch for several years following all the rules. It’s a hit or miss is I get all of my points bc they don’t investigate unless you have welcome emails etc. Now, when I sign up through the Fetch app shouldn’t they be able to track that without making the customer run around trying to prove they completed a task or sign up offer. Considering I’ve been using the App for 3 years. It’s not right. Also, the chat Bot keeps asking the same questions enter after I have answered them. I think this app is faulty and should be fixed.
