This was my first time ordering from Ray Grahams. I had no problems ordering to the Republic of Ireland. Product arrived as promised. The price was very competitive and the best value for money. I can't fault anything. Well done Ray Grahams.

My experience using Ray Grahams has been all positive, I wanted a certain Makita cutter blade and fitting kit for my garden strimmer and they via the website listed all the items.
I placed the order at the weekend and the order was dispatched on the Monday from Ireland and delivered within the allocated time to me later that week.

Ordered a Record Power WG250 wet grindstone machine, arrived promptly, but with a faulty straight edge jig, which they dealt with very efficiently.

Purchased 3 bags of farmyard manure yesterday from Ray Grahams and asked for an assistant to put it in the car. When I got home I found that they had put a burst/damaged bag of manure in my car which they had attempted to seal using tape. No one would ever have picked this bag up so they clearly thought that I was some stupid woman who wouldn’t notice. I certainly noticed as I had manure leaking out into my boot which damaged my car and had to be cleaned.

They knowingly tried to deceive me and sell me damaged goods and in doing so damaged my car which had to be cleaned immediately. Avoid this deceitful company at all costs, they couldn’t even apologise and tried to pawn me off saying these things happen. Check everything this shop sells you as their ethics cannot be trusted. Better still avoid the shop completely!

They had the product that I needed, although not in the colour that I wanted, but I went ahead and ordered. I didn't realise that they were located in Northern Ireland, but hey-ho; it was eventually thrown over my garden wall by the DPD courier, but was well packaged and not damaged. Exitex door seals are well manufactured and it works great.

Great product and good service

WAs searching high and low for replacement Perspex for my greenhouse and came across this site. Dropped a message asking if the available stock was suitable and if there were any other charges since it's a bulky item and they replied right away. Bought the Perspex at half of what it'd cost anywhere else with free shipping and had it in three days safely packed and exactly right. Very pleased and will be back again.
