Fantastic gym with really friendly, helpful staff and great equipment. Always clean and never experienced any issues. Really good value for money as well, would recommend to anyone.

Second time I've joined never been gym
Second time I've joined never been gym. No idea what am doing have to go at 5 in morning no one to show me what machine is for what body part and no phone number to ring and all I get on the Internet when I ask questions is about personal trainers will stop the monthly fee again soon no contact or help

Our staff will be more than happy to help where possible with any questions in regards to equipment or the gym. They will be around the gym between 6am-8pm usually unless you are visiting within the unmanned hours.
Our app is very useful for tips and information if you are new to the gym!
