Used to be good for the money but standards are dropping

I’ve been coming here for a few years, more for ease/locality but since joining the standards have massively dropped to the point that I’m looking for other gyms.

A fair few machines out of order, lots of broken lockers, toilets are clean 50% of the time and today… a very hot and busy Sunday and there is no handwash in the toilets, but a note saying ... to use disabled toilet for soap if “necessary’. Really poor hygiene standards being promoted in a gym of all places, which can make a lot of people ill and is just grim to be fair. Needs sorting ASAP. 🤢

We are equally as disappointed when, from time to time, things go wrong and equipment has to be placed out of order. Regular maintenance checks are undertaken, and any issues identified are escalated to engineers straight away. Sometimes, there may be a small wait whilst engineers attend to fix any issues, but we endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible.

We're sorry to hear that you have concerns surrounding the cleanliness of your gym. We work hard to ensure that our gyms are a safe and comfortable environment for all of our members, and always take member feedback on board.

Brilliant customer service and great…

Brilliant customer service and great shirts!
We swapped from Mystery Shirt In A Box.. to Mystery Jersey King and so glad we did! Every shirt up-to now has been top quality, a real great mix of leagues top tier and lower, countries and sponsors. We found with the other company that we continually got the lowest of leagues and or charity shirts (which you don’t mind the odd time) but Mystery Jersey King definitely make you feel like your money is valued. Customer service is top notch with all replies within the same or next day. No issues with changing sizes or picking any preferences… thank you!!

Great service

Great service, knowledgeable and helpful over the phone with reasonable waiting times to speak to the customer care team. Love the car and the delivery was super quick. The whole service is brilliant value for money and takes away a lot of the stress with insurance companies etc etc.

Expensive delivery with add on costs

Expensive delivery, cheap clothing and then the audacity to deduct money from the buyer on return. I spent over £75 to qualify for the free delivery to find it wasn't applicable of sale items. Refund takes forever and a day. More hassle than it's worth. I found better clothing afterwards by shopping local.

I appreciate the response from Silkfred. I didn't suggest that it wasn't stated. But I saying that it's poor service and even more so when the material you receive is so cheap. No excuse to charge those prices and then for the delivery. Nothing but greed, which will see you lose customers.

Hi Cloe, i am sorry to read this. We do state online that free shipping does only apply to full priced items so I am sorry if this was missed. We do also state that there is a returns fee that will be deducted from your refund. I can see your returns were received back to us on 18th Sept and your refunds were processed on the 21st Sept which is within the returns timeframe. If you need anymore help do get in touch.
