Fantastic gym with really friendly, helpful staff and great equipment. Always clean and never experienced any issues. Really good value for money as well, would recommend to anyone.

Compared to a gym I recently left PureGym is so much better.
Staff are always cleaning, it’s warm feels safe and lots of equipment so not too much waiting around

Seems like the manager likes to show that he controls the gym. Suspended my membership as apparently I did not put the weights back. I have to sort the mess out before every workout as they do not keep the gym tidy on the second floor. Will be cancelling my membership as well as my wife's membership to join another gym.

Great gym and equipments but the allowance for the parking isn’t enough (2hrs max) - that needs to be sorted out by the senior management very quickly though. PLEASE 🙏

Very good gym with excellent equipment and very helpful staff and very clean
I appreciate that car parking is free. I find the temperature way too hot in the gym. The AC either doesn’t work or is not switched on. I have yet to use the showers so cannot comment on the ladies changing room
Brilliant gym but something needs doing in the weights area. Lots of equipment left on the floor and not returned. Big health and safety trip hazard. I am there at 600 and the staff do a great job of putting it all away.

Today I witnessed another member of the gym be sworn at, intimidated and verbally abused by another member - whilst one of the staff stood by and let it happen. All whilst the tvs advertise how pure gym is a "safe space". This member was doing her workout, and another member kicked off at her (from what I can gather) because they wanted to use the machine she had sat on, as well as another at the same time, when the gym was busy.
I then overheard the member of staff telling the girl that had been shouted at that there was "nothing they could do" about the abuse. I checked your guidelines - and he should have at least stepped in and diffused the situation and removed the girl that was being rude - instead he let it happen and then blamed the other girl for it happening. Myself and my boyfriend felt fully uncomfortable that this happened, and went to check on her afterwards to make sure she was OK. Your staff member did not. - I can't imagine she feels particularly safe in your gym.
