Punctual friendly good advice

I booked and paid for an air conditioning regas online at the Rugby branch and received an order confirmation for a specific appointment time. Within the hour I was told the slot had already been booked for another customer and my appointment was cancelled. The website accepted my booking, took my payment and confirmed a slot that was never actually available. The result was wasted time, real inconvenience, and a loss of confidence in their online booking system. If you take payment and issue a confirmation, the appointment should be guaranteed. Protyre needs to make sure live availability is accurate before taking payment and confirming appointments. Disappointing experience.

Booked online which is an easy process. The staff are exceptional, helpful and friendly. Happy with the service and the work carried out.

Have used Protyre previously and had a great experience, so decided to use them again. I needed four new tyres and got a great deal on Dunlop tyres. I received great service again. I have just a small niggle, after fitting, all the rims on my car were covered in white grease. It would have been good if someone could have wiped it off, rather than leave it to me.
Despite the niggle, I would still return again and definitely recommend to others.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, turn round was quick

Staff on desk were excellent,as ever. I thought the items in the boot which had to be removed,air compressor ect,could have been replaced into correct holders.

I've used this place for car and motorcycle MOTs, tyres, servicing etc. for a while now and never come away feeling I'd been ripped off. Great service, fair prices - what's not to like?

Pre booked and paid for bike tyres, turned up at the selected time with wheels, 20 mins later, all done and was on my way home..

Very nice set up, conveniently close to home, friendly and informed team! Were able to get my MoT test done and fix the small failure in good time without impacting on my day! Would definitely recommend and will surely be returning as and when anything else is required
