Very good service by ProTyre
I took our car to ProTyre in Billingham to get the aircon system regassed. The system was refilled and it now works as it should. The only slight issue was that I was told that the car would be ready in 1 hour but when I returned to collect the car I was told that they hadn't started it yet due to the volume of work they had in on the day. This wasn't a big deal for me as I live locally and I had nothing pressing to attend to. I ultimately got the car back later that morning. Other than that the service was very good and the staff were very apologetic about the delay.

Car failed mot on brakes and pads
Car failed mot on brakes and pads, took it to another garage for the work and they said the breaks and pads were an advisory on one out of four at the very worst. So i am disappointed in the service and i won't be using them again.
