Imy understanding after i completed the quastionare was that i was supposed to pay less than $120 and on a monthly basis a certaint amount. I was shocked when i saw my account billed with over $120.. I could of got this for less with other companies. Im dissapointed. I really should talk to your customer service manager or something.. I thought i had agreed to pay for the very basic one.

Hello - Although we are sorry to see you go, please note you can cancel your policy at any time through the online portal. All you have to do is sign in, select "My Account", then "Cancel Policy" in Policy Settings. You can also contact us via live chat to ensure your policy is canceled.
