Appears to be a scam. I have been trying for weeks to enter my account to cancel before it auto-renews. I can't reset my password. I can't get a hold of any form of customer support. Do not use this company, it's very easy to purchase from but impossible to cancel.

Impressive Customer Service
The buying experience was clear and easy. Before purchasing, I was in a chat with Casey Bowlby, who answered every question I had, directly and not in an around about way. I purchased that evening and still had another question, yet the chat was closed. To my surprise, Casey (the same rep from the day before) emailed and called me in the morning. I was very impressed with that level of customer service! Haven't had to file a claim, but my hope is that in the event I do, the process will be just as simple and clear.
