PreApprovedRenter allows landlords, real estate agents and property manager customize their rental applications and conduct tenant screening. The platform is free for real estate professionals and their teams to use. Users get a unique link to their online rental application which they can email or text to a tenant. The tenant fills out the online application and uploads their paperwork. We notify both parties when the application is submitted. Real estate professionals can review the renters application, run credit reports, criminal background checks and eviction history. Screening reports come from transunion (MySmartMove) and other consumer reporting agency's. Upon approval a lease can be auto-generated from the rental application. PreApprovedRenter has online tenant applications in multiple languages and for different states that are free to use.
