Delivery time, no costumer service
I am afraid I am making the same experience as many others. I ordered an expensive bike pump (order n. 282661393) almost three weeks ago. This should have been delivered in 2-3 days, and I needed it at that time. No possibility to call somebody. Should have checked, is always a bad sign if phone numbers are not given.

Good experience
Delivery was good
Even though i´m living in Germany and bought a bike component in UK, the shipping was good.
I´ve always been informed over the status and the current position of my delivery, and it didn´t need much time. I´ve ordered on sunday night, and part arrived on friday.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I placed my order on 25th January and have still not received my delivery. Very difficult to contact with only an online form. I have written 3 times and am yet to receive a satisfactory answer about when the product will arrive despite repeated requests for information. I requested that if the product is no longer available I would like a refund but have heard nothing. Will not purchase anything here again.

I had a HORRIBLE customer experience
I had a HORRIBLE customer experience. I bought bike lights that don't fit my handle bars properly, so I wanted to return them. In order to reach customer service, you must open an account, with the same email address as the order. The live chat was never available and I tried several times. It's also impossible to contact the company on the phone.
I asked if I could return the goods and get a full refund, as I opened the package to test if the light works on my bike. But they never answered my question. Instead, they sent me a return form that clearly says that the package should be unopened.
Besides, as the company is located in Cheshire and not in Germany, german citizens have pay 27 eur to send the goods back (with insurance and tracking number). Still not knowing if I would get a full refund.
For customers in Europe, I strongly advise against buying from this company.
