The product was dusty and dirty. I can understand the storage issues but it could have been cleaned. This was my second purchase but this time I don't feel well. Hope product works well and I don't have to read and worry about return policy.

I can recommend Probikekit because the…
I can recommend Probikekit because the entire purchase has been progressed well. The delivery arrived (not very quick) but in time and the product (cycling tyre) was as described and expected.
However I didn't really understood with whom I had the contract? I ordered at Probikekit but delivery came from an unknown company abroad. I also feel confused by the delivery confirmation. It consist of contradictionary statements saying on one hand "delivery has been sent and will arrive on xx.xx.xxxx" and on the other hand it says also "delivery will be sent when available". That makes no sense.
Last but not Least: I urgently suggest, that Probekit rethinks its packaging system. The tyre has been packed in a huge cardboard together with 11 meters (!!) of plastic bubble wrap! This huge amount of rubbish could have been easily avoided.

The order took 20 days to arrive. The initial delivery time was stated as only a few days. This was for a gift but the date has already passed. I am very disappointed.

Good points:
- Fast service
- Good selection of parts in stock
- Guest checkout with plenty of payment options
Bad points:
- quite expensive
- Delivery did not go smoothly (although it was DPD who messed that up)

Waited for more than two months and only got 1 of 3 products. All products were in stock mind you, but I never managed to get a clear answer why delivery kept getting postponed?
Has just been told the next part would show up a couple of months from now?!?....seriously!?
I've now cancelled my order and bought the items from Wiggle - without any issues.

Super bad service and delivery
Don't buy here - it meant 3-5days for delivery to austria - now it's ten days and the parcel is somewhere in the netherlands - super bad service - first and last time ordering here.

When searching for some kind of contact information you find no phone number, no e-mail address and to use their webservice you need to create an account...absolutely unproffessional!
