EASY PROCESS, GREAT PAYMENT OPTIONS. IT'S ALSO MY 3RD TIME ORDERING. PROBABLY WONT BE THE LAST.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item and received the wrong product. Following the company's instructions, I returned the incorrect item at my own expense and provided all requested documentation. The company later confirmed receipt of the return.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was then sent another item that I had neither ordered nor requested. Once again, I was forced to spend time and money returning merchandise to correct a mistake that was entirely the company's responsibility.

Despite the company acknowledging receipt of the returned items months ago, I still have not received my refund. Repeated follow-ups have resulted in the same generic responses that the matter is being reviewed internally, but no meaningful explanation, resolution, or refund has been provided.

What is most troubling is that the company has retained both the returned merchandise and my payment while failing to honor what should be a straightforward refund process. In addition, I was never reimbursed for the return shipping expenses I incurred as a direct result of receiving incorrect and unsolicited merchandise.

I have fully complied with every request and acted in good faith throughout this process. Unfortunately, after months of delays and repeated assurances with no action, I can only conclude that this company does not stand behind its customer service commitments when problems arise.

Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective customers to consider how return and refund issues are handled before making a purchase.

Please note that I have returned and gotten confirmation of the initial return, they assured I would be refunded, instead they sent me ANOTHER incorrect chain, it would have been fine it had be the correct chain, but alas, it was again incorrect.
They waited until the ability to file an insurance claim with their preferred shipper, USPS, elapsed to suggest I go down that avenue. My refund should have been based off of my original return, not randomly sent items I didn't order nor request.
Not to mention, they are requesting I file a claim without required details, proof a value (I don't even know what chain they sent, it's value, etc), doing so, even though the window has expired, would amount to requesting I commit insurance fraud and I am not comfortable with that.

My son absolutely loved it! Fast shipping as described. Will definitely purchase again for my younger son!

Fast shipping, beautiful product, and the picture looks amazing engraved!! I wish it would have come with a standard chain without an up charge but other than that I’m pleased with the locket. My daughter will cherish it always!

The lady that helped me in taking my order was very nice and helped very well making sure that what I wanted was correct. When I received the dog tags there was an error and I was upset so I called to ask why it wasn't what I ask for. She said to send a picture of the dog tags and they would replace them. I hope they will arrive before Labor Day to give to my sons. Thanks for Your help. I got an ad for a thumb print for $25.00, I tried to order for my grandkids, and I kept sending messages, but it kept saying message failed I didn't know if this was a scam or not but when I clicked buy now it showed a price of $79.95 instead I wanted to order 8 of them at that price, but it would let me even though I tried to order as soon as I got the ad. It was just the fingerprint on front type dog tag. The lady I last talked to said she would try to see if I could still get them or not. She said the offer would have an expiration time to order yet I tried as soon as I got the ad with no reply. message failed.
