The ring shipped quickly and looks nice - my only complaint is that the fingerprint engraved in the ring was etched in white on the silver ring which doesn't stand out like the black etching didn't in the add on the site.

I love the necklace and finger print. I thought the birthstone was a charm & I wanted the wings too. How did I not get them? The chain is way too small. I ordered 18", I received 8".

Truly a nightmare to deal with. My experience could not have been worse. I ordered a necklace, for my mother-in-law, as a memorial piece for her late husband Who recently passed. I ordered the item on October 3rd at a cost of $244.61. I received an email saying my order shipped on October 5th. I contacted the company on the 7th as the tracking still reflected that the company had not even given the package to the courier. I told by the company they had provided my order to the courier and I should wait an additional 2 business days for the shipping to update. On October 9th, 2 business days later, the tracking still had not updated and I reached out to the company again to confirm if my order would be delivered on time as their shipping policy states the following: Delivery estimates begin after your order ships. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Free Standard Shipping Available for U.S. orders over $99. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days. I received a response stating that they were within the estimated delivery window, that sometimes tracking information does not update properly and that I should, again, wait a few more days. I waited. No update. I reached out again on October 12th and this time I requested a refund. They said they could not provide a refund, because they needed to file a claim with their courier. I conceded and requested they provide the replacement that they offered. They confirmed on October 17th that they would be sending out a replacement. It is now October 21st. There has been no update, no new shipping information provided, and no communication. I will have no choice but to dispute this with my bank. Alivia & Danny is a completely unprofessional company, that promises a lot and delivers nothing. My order was meant to be shipped to a location within the same state as the company, yet I have received nothing and it has been almost 3 weeks. Truly disgusting.

The necklace with the my granddaughter's nick name was a super hit. She just loved it. Thank You for your service and shipping was quick as well. I have told friends and family about your business. I will be back in the future should I need more. Thanks again. Really made a little girl very happy

They literally rip you off.You buy gold, it aint gold, you buy Sterling silver.It aint real silver, Sterling silver.I paid over $250 and it's fake.Do not buy from this company in fact, company. I want my money back.Maybe I'll go look for a lawyer gold isn't frickin' magnetic, really people.And now you're selling religious items under god , oh my goodness. They sent a replacement, it was fake.By the way, the chain that I paid $70 fake as well, did they replace that?No, they didn't worst company in the world.I will never buy from them again

Great customer service. Very satisfied with the products, I have purchased more than one, and fast delivery. When I feel my mother’s fingerprint, I feel like I am holding her hand.

The item was cheap and flimsy. It was a thumbprint piece they stated was the size of a nickel, which was what I wanted. They failed to mention it's the thickness of a piece of paper. The chain was Super thin as well, and not like the picture. Their Exchange Fee is$60 even tho it is of equal value. I regret going with this company and will not be giving them another dime!

$1800 worth of jewelry never delivered. Unable to get any refund from Aliviadanny. Finally my credit card company was able to stop charges. Stay away from this dishonest company!
