First class service from Holly B, helping me with an urgent clinical waste collection service after our local council decided to stop our commercial waste collections. I already have a contract with PHS for sharps collections but hadn’t thought to ask about my other waste. Got in touch on the offchance they could help and, after having been given the run around by other waste companies for 3 weeks, Holly fixed me up within hours. I highly recommend PHS. Their customer service goes above and beyond and they have helped me with several urgent matters over the years, including a one off collection/disposal of my late husband’a medications when no pharmacy would help. First class all the way. Thank you.
