A complete con company. Do not use. I sent off my S7Edge over a month ago. Heard nothing, so contacted them via the only method (email). Was told they had made the payment (they did not) and they apologised for this and said if I wished I could have the device back as it was lower than they originally stated. So I accepted the offer to have the device returned. This was a month ago now and nothing, the odd con email with the same excuses (supplier issues, etc) but nothing concrete saying they are sending it back.

I am contacting trading standards now as this is a joke. I managed to get hold of there accountants number who would not give out any information but yet confirmed the company had no telephone number. I urge people to bombard this number for details of there client ; 01726 63344

An absolute disgrace of a company. Frauds.

Fraud.

Trust pilot made me remove my review.

To anyone that has had there phone stolen please do the following:

Go to the national fraud website and fill out the form.
If your phone was on a contract registered it stolen so they can not sell it on.

Apply for a small claims court hearing of £35. The details you will need are found on companies house.

My claim is currently going through.

Report the stolen phone to Cornwall police.

All information has been obtained from companies house which is published for the public to view without signing up.

Is this a better review now Trustpilot? You were so worried about me breaking the rules of putting on the business details that you ignored reports of fake reviews and are compliant in people being defrauded.

No response and don’t trust this company

Phone confirmed as received via Hermes 17th March, no contact from this company at all since, despite 4 emails and one month past. Find it amazing the company can send a pack out for me to send them my phone to them within 48 hours but not respond to me once they’ve got it. Wanted to believe the positive reviews on here but can honestly say ignore them based on my experience. I will be reporting this to police and trading standards. Disgraceful behaviour by this company.
