Cowboy firm. Do not answer emails or messages.
Had my expensive Huawei p20 pro phone 9 days now.
Not a single word from them about it.IO had forgotten my password for my account and they just keep saying find the administrator.
If they were concerned they would have helped me recover my password. That's when the warning bells started with this lot of cowboys. I am a pensioner so was looking forward to some little bit of extras. So back to belt-tightening because of these cowboys. DO NOT USE THEM THERE THIEVES.No where near a professional.

Used the company to sell our business phones and now setup an account to continually use them.

Not to bad and explained the situation which I was accepted and received payment.

Bought an iPhone for a good price and it’s working well.

Device was return as I rejected the quote received within 3 days.

Samsung and an iPhone sold for a decent return.

It's over a month now still no payment or no response from my emails! IF YOU SEND YOUR PHONE TO THESE OUT & OUT THIEVES YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR CASH OR PHONE AGAIN !! Relevant authorities have been informed !!! Pps I Have sent on two occasions all the information you have requested! It's obvious I am wasting my time and effort , as you show no intension of returning my phone or cash offered.Put it down as a lost cause never to be repeated. THANKS A BUNCH PHONE CONVERT!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES. They over inflate their offer price then reduce it once they have your phone, saying there is a fault when there isn't. They then charge to return your phone if you decide not to accept the reduced price. I decided to accept but two weeks after they said they paid the money into my bank account, I have received nothing. I have emailed several times with no response. The next step is I will report them for fraud. I should have looked at other reviews as clearly this is not an isolated I incident.

I would honestly not recommend anyone use this company, it is not worth the hassle. I took my phone to a local shop and then sent it to Phone Convert, as the offer from Phone Convert was similar I thought save myself the hassle and accepted to trade it in with them. The pack they sent me to return my phone arrived the next day without any delay. Whilst it took a little longer than expected to arrive to them I admit this was in the hands of the delivery agent. The offer they gave me as I mentioned was a little reduced than the original due to the condition but was similar to another local phone shop. They were supposed to send me a cheque to the same address that the pack came to. This somehow went missing in the post twice which I find unlikely and when I asked for an explanation they couldn't give me one. I then asked if they can send me the money to my bank to save time which they agreed to do. This was 7 days ago and I have not yet had any update from them and each time I contact them they just say it "will be sorted".

I would avoid and not even consider using this company. To date I still have not been paid for my phone I sent to them

Only a low cost item but it was all simple.

Been waiting for over a month now without having the payment reach my bank account after the agreed value was set and accepted. Been chasing to see what’s happened for weeks now and even though they’ve responded and requested further details to check and verify, nothing has happened and I then have to go through the process of chasing them again.

Last one was removed but I have used them and it was fine.

Sent off my LG G6 for the best price I could find on the net. They emailed me on the 26th March saying they are testing it, and thats all I've heard from them. I have emailed them and they haven't replied. They have taken my phone without paying me, day light robbery in my opinion. I should have gone with Muzuma, they were offering less but at least I would have got some money. Lesson well learned for me Im afraid!
