Phone Convert 

Just sold a cheap phone and it was simple to do.

4 to 5 as took a little bit long than expected but got full price offered.

Message several times they reviewed my tablet and gave me a lower amount quick to write to me like that but now waiting for payment which is a bank transfer I want to go further and take this to the police as anybody else done this. All the reviews now I just bad I would never use this company again they have rob my tablet and not paid me

I accepted the new offer as you claimed that there was a crack which fair dues have accepted I've even got the email to say thank you and your payment will be with you shortly so why still the delay

I keep trying to leave a review let’s see if this works.

As what has happened to most of the real reviews on here the usual send phone get knocked down price accepted price even though nothing wrong with phone, phone con say they will send cheque but doesn't turn up, email Will if that's his real name, says sends another don't arrive still waiting.......

I have eventually received my cheque for the full amount, but not happy experience phone convert need to get their House in order, can't recommend.
Need to be more concerned about customers than the reviews on Trustpilot....

Phoneconvert has had my iPhone for a month now and has not returned it to me. I'm sure what to do now.

Terrible service.......I received an email on 10th April confirming payment was sent. I am still waiting for payment. Initially when I contacted them I received replies apologising that I had not received a cheque and was assured when I provided my bank details that payment would be sent within 72 hours. I have still not received payment and have sent several further emails without reply. I have sent another email today giving the option to resolve before I escalate to the ombudsman. I wish I had read the reviews before selling my phone to this company, I can only think that the positive reviews are fake (something which was in the news recently)
UPDATE....the MD Damon emailed asking if I would remove the review if he gave me an additional £5 and agreed it was their fault. I declined to remove the review so have still not received my payment

I am not happy with the way the deal with you when you decline an offer.
I have sent 6 emails where is my phone and still have no response.

I still have yet to get a cheque that was promised and I am unhappy where is my phone or the money

Posting took a little longer than I hoped but they kept it open and completed everything.

I’ve always used environ phone in the past to recycle my mobiles, but with the last one they didn’t want it. So I checked out phone convert and got a good price. I’ll use them again in the future. Quick, easy free post and super fast payment.

Sent my Mobile to Phone Convert 6 weeks ago and not received my Money. Ref#15510129

Was told that a Cheque had been issued 3 times, but i have not received any payment.

Have now contacted Trading Standards as they are in breach of there contract with me, Will be taking them to the small claims court and claiming damages.

Would give them a call but the landline number listed on there contact page is not correct.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, BUNCH OF COWBOYS

They gave stolen my phone! All good reviews are fake! Don’t believe in any of them! This company has my phone for almost 3 months and didn’t transfer money for it. Ignoring my emails... they have replied to my previous review asking order number and promised to check it up but of course they didn’t, month passed since when...
