Phone Convert 

Sold my old J3 for a great deal I will keep that in mind in the future.

AVOID!

Its been two weeks since i sent my phone over via Hermes and they have still not made a payment into my account!

They have not responded to any emails nor have they made a payment!

I have emailed several times asking for my phone back!
I am a journalist and will be taking this further and my brother is a lawyer so I will definitely be taking action on this! This is simply stealing from innocent people!

I will not accept this no matter how small the amount of the phone is! I was offered 100 pounds for my phone and the only time they responded to my emails is when i requested a royal mail pre paid lable (BEFORE SENDING MY PHONE). Ever since the, I have not gotten any emails back. If I dont get my payment or my phone back then I will definitely be taking action and taking this to the press.

Take notice of the high number of negative reviews and use a different company.

They offered me £210 for my year-old Huawei P10 Mate Pro on the 22 Feb which I accepted and sent them my phone by return. (Trade in id 360123)

They confirmed receipt on the 1st March and since then nothing. No communication, no payment, no phone.

Forget their claims that they endeavour to answer emails within 3 hours. I have sent them numerous emails asking for an update (or for them to return my phone) which have gone unanswered.

When I have managed to get a reply, it’s been sent late at night with some general comment like I will look into it or we have sent a cheque (which never comes). If you read the other reviews you will see this is a regular tactic.

I am now in the process of filing a report with ActonFraud and starting legal action.

Don’t be their next victim use someone else. You may not be offered the same amount but you have a better chance of getting your money.

I doubt the positive reviews on here are genuine customers.

This company are not real, do not use them as you will lose your property, they even said they put money in bank which never arrived, they are thieves with no conscience, they will string you along and never reply to emails properly or phone calls, do NOT risk it , extremely BAD company

Probably a day or two slower than what I thought but happy to wait as I got a better price for my iPhone.

Sent in more phones again helping towards the savings!

Probably a little longer than expected but got a very good price for it which certainly is helpful!

It's 7 April. It's been 4 month now since I sent my phone. But still nothing happening ! If anybody knows where this company actually is, please contact me as I'm taking a legal action against this company. My address is ilovebricabrac

( original post) I sent my phone in December and Phoneconver promised me to send my phone back as apparently my phone is locked to I cloud 🤷‍♀️ After 3 months I firstly got to deal with this company, I still haven't got my phone back. And this company is not responding to me. Phoneconvert, please send my phone back with insurance as you promised within a week before I report your company to the Action Fraud.

Was nervous to begin with but then received a number of emails followed by payment. I would recommend and I will use again.

It was slower than I'd have liked. But they were honest and paid full amount so I'm very happy.
