Phone Convert 

Sent in what I thought was a A5, but turned out to be a A5 2017 so got more money for it, lovely bonus.

Was unsure about using hermes so requested a Royal Mail label and it was provided, then everything was processed.

Paid same day with no problems and will use again.

NOW RESOLVED. Such a shame it took nearly 3 months but payment has been received today. £9 short but I’ve lost enough of my precious time chasing this.
My son sent his iPad and iPhone to these cowboys in May. He still hasn’t received his payment despite being promised he’d have it on 6th June by Will after numerous emails and excuses saying they hadn’t got his bank details. He’d given the correct details to them 3 times. Don’t use this company. Trading Standards notifier and legal route being investigated now.

Really didn’t want to have to write this review as I’ve given this company so many chances to put the issue right. After continuously chasing for my payment I received it via PayPal less their commission so not the full amount due. This took 11 days after they first advised I’d be paid. Contacted them to request outstanding money and gave them 24hrs to make payment still not received, to say I’m annoyed is an understatement. Will not be using this company again.

UPDATE - In response to Phone Convert’s reply I have provided my bank details already...4 times now I’m total!!!

Further update - the owner has been true to his word and has paid me the money owed plus some compensation for the inconvenience.

Just fine, no problems.

Sent in my broken iPhone X which to be honest was in a right state and didn’t expect any money really, but decided it was worth an attempt. I was offered payment or a free return and the offer was more than acceptable so thank you.

Free post and payment but was a day late.

Saving up for travelling and every bit helps thanks.

Only a cheapy but still worth recycling.

Changed my mind and wanted my phone returned and theybdidnthis free of charge so happy to leave a positive review.

They were very helpful and unfortunately I forgot to reset my device. After a phone conversation this was fixed and all was completed.

Sent phone in with hermes they lost it then found it given Lower offer because it had take that long to get there !
never have got my money phone sent was not working so we are only talking £15 think if was a working phone

My colleague Will was dealing with this and I was unaware until I saw your review. I am extremely sorry to hear this and can confirm we have parted ways with Will for these reasons.
