Phone Convert 

Similar to other reviews on here I have sent them two phones and have received zero payment. I know from tracking the parcel that they have received the devices and despite emailing them on several occasions chasing payment I have heard nothing back. I'd advise everyone to avoid this company because you'll end up with no phone and no money!

@Phone Convert please respond and let me know when you will be transferring money for trade-in #375303 and #374686. I have accepted your revised offers but still received no money and never hear back from you when I email you

After much chasing, I have now been paid but given the amount of time I have wasted on this, I would still not recommend this company.

Waiting since December 2018 for money transfer.

No money and refused to return my phone.

Trust Pilot have contacted them TWICE and no payments.

Even the Director Damon said it will be paid and NOTHING!!!

Rejected the quote and received my Samsung back. To be fair the screen was cracked.

PLEASE BEWARE Sent my iPhone for recycle 29.07.19 ref number 373308 took two weeks for them to confirm they had received it after me contacting them twice then received a offer of less than first offered but I expected heard nothing else sent several emails finely got email back confirming they had deposited the money into my account but received nothing gave it a few days still nothing I emailed again asking which account they had paid has I had not received any money’s. to this date 16.09.19 I have sent emails asking for payment or return phone I have heard nothing I wish I had read this feedback before I dealt with this company and advise everyone to do so before dealing with them is this not the end I am dealing with small claims court yes it cost me but I will ask to be reimbursed

this company is scammers they got my phone 6 weeks ago but still did not send me payment for it don't use this company

The reply I had today below from Phoneconvert is a pack of lies they still have not paid me in full after 6 moths they paid £50 and that was it so they still owe me £249.00
Come on Damon of Phoneconvert pay me my money...

Few issues with payment at first but all sorted 👍

Kept in contact and I accepted a new quote which I felt was fair.

Contacted me and explained, then all was completed.

Thanks broken phone recycled, it all helps.

*Update*
After a lot of emailing, payment was finally received. Seems they have been a victim of staffing issues and are doing their best to correct these, but it was taking time. Payment has been processed though. So all good in the end. Ultimately I did receive the price I was offered. It just took time to get there. Not everything is as instant as we expect in todays online world.

Been in contact constantly trying to receive my payment. Confirmed receipt of iPad but still have not paid. Now not answering any of my emails. Not going to give up, will look at small claims procedure or any other means to recoup my lost money. £95 isn’t much, but it’s enough to keep me annoyed...

All explained and emailed me a Royal Mail lane as it was easier for us. Then received and cheque received back.

Just came back from holiday and seen it has been done.

Phone sent off in May/June, had an email with the offer, accepted and never heard a thing from them again. Contacted several times and not even had a reply. Absolute disgrace.
