DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They provided a reservation to the wrong address with incorrect information after earlier canceling a reservation for an event in the future, and could not fix it in a timely manner. The parking location had the wrong address, and there was no way to check in via the QR code. This was very frustrating in an unfamiliar city.

Pass was already scanned before I used it... I had to pay the higher fee in person. Now I'm worried about having shared my payment information with them.
Stay away from this company
This company has been getting worse year after year. I’ve been using their service for at least 4–5 years, and the decline in customer service has been very disappointing.
First, even when I book parking well in advance, about 30% of the time there are no parking spots available when I arrive.
When you try to contact customer service, you’re typically on hold for at least 30 minutes. After finally reaching someone, they ask you to email them your ticket number and name—even though you’ve already provided the ticket number and your name is already associated with your account.
If you email them with all the information they usually request, it often takes close to a month to receive a response. And when they finally do reply, they tell you to go online and fill out a lengthy claim form that feels more like applying for a passport or a visa than disputing a parking issue.
The whole reason I use this app is to save time. Instead, they make the dispute process so frustrating and time-consuming that most people simply give up. I know I have—I’ve walked away from at least six valid claims because it just wasn’t worth the hassle.
It’s time for this company to be held accountable. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and choosing a parking service that actually values its customers.
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! The parking situation was the worst joke ever! They charge you $55 to park in an aquarium parking lot (located light years away) and they shuttle you to the 'venue' on a beat up bus like, packed in like cattle. You are then forced to walk through an uneven dirt field and up a hill through a tunnel to get to the actual entrance. The 'venue' itself is next to the harbor and the cargo ships could be heard blowing their horns throughout the concert. The so-called 'venue' is basically a flat parking lot with a bunch of small folding chairs, so visibility was poor. The stage was poorly lit, the front of house mix was routinely off and the camera operator for the side screens kept pointing at the wrong soloist. The stench from the porta-potty area (the only facilities available) wafted over into the audience every time a gust of wind occurred. The security guard for our area kept walking in front of everyone and blocking their view, and it felt menacing. When we went to leave, the exit areas were poorly lit and the crowd bottlenecked BADLY. I shudder to think of what would happen if they had an emergency situation. To top it off, the situation with the shuttle busses scheduled to return the waiting hordes to the parking lot was easily the most disorganized, sloppy mess one could imagine! The people were given conflicting information regarding where to go and the busses were routinely passing groups of people who had been waiting in line the longest. It was crystal clear that the situation was rudderless, even to our poor line usher, who could not get any answers from his supervisor. People were outraged and began starting fights over it. The music was GREAT but every other aspect of this concert going experience was a total failure!!! BOOO!!!
ParkWhiz Take Parking for Event Hostage
ParkWhiz has taken parking for sports event hostage. Portable pricing signs show one price but the QR code brings up a higher price than charges taxes and a service fee on top. What a rip off.
Paid an ridiculous rate PLUS service fee
Paid an ridiculous rate bc we were attending a local sporting event. So after choking on the rate, I had a further barf-in-my-mouth moment after seeing the service fee. WTF??
Hope to never ever again park where these scammers operate.

I purchased a multiday parking (4 days) for downtown Phoenix while I was coming from out of State.
Parkwiz sells you multiday parkings WITHOUT specifying upfront that you cannot reenter the parking, making it useless.
I spent one hour with them on the phone and they refused to address the issue.
Quick to get your money though.
They have earned their cruddy rating
They have earned their cruddy rating. Three months to respond to a double payment and they don’t even refund it. They give you a credit with a year expiration. Lazy customer service.
Don't waste your time with these grifters!
I've been using this app for several years and my experience has become increasingly frustrating. This week, my wife and I attended a concert at the Fox Theater. I reserved my parking 3 months ago in April. A bit hard to understand how my reserved parking was sold first come/first serve before I got there. The lot attendant simply said the lot was full and walked away. Now I'm left to fend for myself in a city I'm unfamiliar with as I'm backing out of a full lot trying not to get hit by another car coming down Grand River. I asked Park Whiz for a refund and they gave me the third degree asking if I took pictures of a full lot sign (there was none) and did I get a receipt for the new parking I paid cash for. So no and no as now we're late for the show. This wasn't at all a 'one off' since this is the second time the same thing has happened. Oh and by the way, it used to be cheaper to park with the app the earlier you booked a reserved spot. Now it more expensive than just driving there and paying when you arrive. And this is exactly what I'm going to do from now on. Customer serve from this POS company is non-existent!
I would never use ParkWhiz again
I would never use ParkWhiz again. They sold me a parking pass for a venue that was already sold out, and when I arrived, I was turned away with nowhere to park. To make matters worse, ParkWhiz refused to issue a refund even though they sold a pass that couldn't be honored.
Selling parking for unavailable spaces and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. Customer service was completely unhelpful and offered no reasonable solution. If you're attending a popular event, I'd avoid ParkWhiz and book directly with the parking operator instead.
What a HORRIBLE company!!!
What a HORRIBLE company! I wish my husband had looked at their reviews before reserving. We had tickets for the Phantom of the Opera at the Pantages Theater, so he got us nearby parking at one of their locations at 6267 Yucca St. Parking was easy, I guess because we arrived 2 hours ahead of time. But when we got back, we went to get in our car and he had taken many cars, valet style, and double parked them throughout the entire lower section, leaving our car and all cars that were legally parked in actual parking spaces completely trapped. I was upset, but walked all the way back to his booth and got in line to ask him to move the cars so we could leave. I would have NEVER expected to be treated the way I was. He tried blowing me off by saying there was nothing he could do! But he had all the keys to those cars on the pegboard behind him. So I said, what do you mean!? We can't get out! He said you have to wait until they leave. I said you have got to be kidding me! Then, he looked at the line, and he looked at me.And he yelled at me in front of the entire line and said, do you want expect me to just stop the whole line to move those cars for YOU!!?? I said, of course I do! I waited in line and my car is trapped! He said you just have to wait until everybody leaves! I was incensed, but I just walked down to the car, back to my husband and found three other women with three different cars all stuck in there, too, and they were all furious and upset as well. We all stood around talking about the situation but the exhaust fumes were overwhelming, so we went back up to the street and stood in the hot sun for about 30 to 40 minutes until the final cars cleared that were in the way. I thought this was a rare occasion of a very unscrupulous employee parking cars in an illegal way.. But when I came to this website, I realized this is, I guess the way they do things with this company. I've never seen a business run like this. And I've never been yelled at and shamed like this ever before. We paid almost $50 for this to boot! They had that garage parked way over the legal capacity and didn't give a damn about customer safety or satisfaction. That ruined the end of an otherwise lovely day. NEVER again with this parking service!!!

My parking reservation was not refunded even though it said on their app and the email I received from them that it was cancelable but they don't respond and the cancel button doesn't work. Crappy service! 😔

parkwhiz is a fraudulent business that appears as a website but only exists to steal money. So far they have placed five charges on one of my credit cards that are all fraudulent. Never used them anywhere.
Denied entry- lost money and time …
I reserved a parking space for a soccer game at Inter & Co in Orlando. I arrived and was denied entry. I had to pay out of pocket at another garage. Park Whiz has ignored my emails and requests for a refund. Terrible service and a total scam. Delete the app.
I'll never use ParkWhiz again
I will start by saying I will never use PArkWhiz again. Awful experience, even worse customer service. I paid for a parking spot — only to arrive with no parking spot available. I parked at another lot next door and paid out of pocket, BUT they refused to refund me the difference. Told me 'Too bad, not our policy to do that.' Unbelievably poor experience. Do not use this service, this business blows

Same situation as others prepaid for a spot and QR code did not work at exit, I had to pay extra to exit, scammers do not use this Parkwhiz!!
Cancelled my booking because they was raising the price
I booked parking spot months in advance for the world cup. 63$ for a spot. Now just days before the game starts I get an email that my booking is cancelled because the owner put wrong price. So now they have cancelled all the «cheap» bookings and raises the price to over 83$.
That is not legall! I should have red all these post here before I booked with this company!
Caution using this service - is a rip off!!!
I prepurchased parking pass, but when we left the lot, the scanner did not work and there was not attendant. I ended up paying again, but at 1/5 of the cost of the Parkwhiz. I requested a refund, but got this response that this was from another vendor, but the website and phone number on the parking pass was to ParkWhiz. Will never use this service again - it is a rip off!!!!
ParkWhiz parking tied to game at Fenway…
ParkWhiz parking tied to game at Fenway i purchased. I arrived early and could not use my pre-paid spot. Paid again. No relief from ParkWhiz. Lot was .8 miles from park in crummy area. Passed numerous parking lots close to park virtually same price. Will never use again.
