Terrible

Terrible! Reserved a spot 2 days before event, but there were no spaces left when I arrived. They were going to send me to a back up lot several blocks away. This company is a scam. Don’t reserve

They will always rip you off. Better to park on your own. Do not use this web site. Pay yourself at the lot.

Lots full 😡

The last two times I used ParkWhiz, the parking facilities were full when I arrived. This resulted in a potentially dangerous solo walk, higher fees at an alternate garage, and being late for an event.

They Do Not Give Refunds as Promised For Unused Tickets

They do not give refunds as promised. It has been a month since I have tried getting a refund for not using my pre-paid parking $50 ticket. There was no access to the garage due to a farmers market. I paid another $50 for parking. I have pleaded with them several times to refund my parking and they finally got back and asked for more details why I couldn't park. This company is Dishonest and their customer services is horrible. I have wasted more time pleading to get my refund. Reporting them to BBB.

I wish I could give it zero Stars. I prepaid for parking to see a concert at the national in Richmond Virginia. The lot was a quarter mile from the venue had no lights no attendant and potholes all over it. I chose to Park right next to the venue and this company refused to refund my money.

The management of Trilogy Garage at 180…

The management of Trilogy Garage at 180 Brookline Avenue adjacent to Fenway Park deliberately oversold their available number of parking passes.

Residents have parking spaces, so obviously there can only be a finite number of parking spaces available for events, right?

Garage opened for Red Sox Opening Day parking at 12:10 p.m. on Friday April 3, 2026. I arrived at 12:30 p.m. and an employee greeted me at the mouth of the garage entrance.

That employee told me, " THAT MANAGEMENT TOLD HIM TO INFORM customers WITH LEGITIMATE PARKING PASSES, that the GARAGE WAS ALREADY FULL."

I confirmed with him that my parking pass was otherwise good. I then pulled into the entrance tried my parking pass, which was denied. I then shutoff my car, got out and began walking to find a manager.

Upon walking around to the other entrance by Target I found a manager. Who told me that they had oversold their parking passes. I then told him, that I had a legitimate parking pass.

He then told me, that he'd find me a place to park. To be clear, he did not mean a legal parking space. As I turned to walk away a lady and two guys walked up to that manager and the lady said, " I've driven around this garage twice and there aren't any parking spaces."

He finally found me an illegal parking spot that ran along a wall. Parkwhiz tells you on their website that upon arriving at a garage pass holders with a problem have to talk with an employee at the garage.

May I suggest Patkwhiz, that you have your customers CONFIRM a garages available legal number of parking spaces available to be sold for an event, right?

A company that lacks integrity

I purchased tickets for my daughter and daughter-in-law to see Phantom of the opera in Denver. I also purchased parking for them as well assuming that ParkWhiz would provide them parking within five minutes of the venue. I was so wrong. ParkWhiz located them 2 miles away from the venue. When I contacted ParkWhiz to ask for the parking to be changed or refunded, I was told that all sales are final and no refund would be issued. I was also told that the parking that they were assigned is the parking that they will receive.
I’ve asked to speak to a representative several times with no success.
To have my daughter and daughter-in-law walk 2 miles to a professional event is unacceptable.
I would caution people never to use this company. Their customer service is pathetic to say the least, and they certainly lack integrity.

Non working QR code

We were issued a full refund after escalating our concern to this and other complaint sites. Because of this I have changed my rating from 1 to 3.

This is our second experience with ParkWhiz. The first time we used the app it worked without a hitch. The second time we purchased parking for a show at the Majestic Theater in Detroit, the QR code did not work at the structure, the call button on the gate did not work, and when we called ParkWhiz, we could not get through to anyone. Luckily we were able to pay for parking, and see our show. On the way out at least three people were stuck at the exit gate because their QR codes would not let them out. When I complained via the app I was told I should have called them and even though we did and got no results, we have not received a response or refund.

Lot Full

Prepaid for a parking pass only to arrive at a full parking lot. We had purchased a ticket for a parking garage, but they instead sent us a pass for a tiny outdoor lot with no attendant. Had to pay to park at a different lot instead.

I’m sharing my experience in case other…

I’m sharing my experience in case other Colorado consumers are seeing the same issue.

On January 18, 2026 I attended the Show Me Reptiles event at The Ranch Events Complex in Loveland, Colorado. The event advertised free parking, but attendees were instructed to enter their vehicle information through the ParkWhiz system.

I followed the instructions and received a valid ParkWhiz reservation confirmation.

Two days later I received a “Notice of Non-Compliance” from Parking Revenue Recovery Services Inc. claiming that parking had not been paid and demanding a $55 fee.

I immediately submitted a dispute through the website listed in the notice. The dispute system provided no case number, confirmation email, or way to track the submission.

Months later the alleged fee was escalated to a collection notice from an attorney.

I have documentation showing:
• the ParkWhiz reservation confirmation
• the violation notice
• dispute submissions

I have now formally disputed the debt and filed complaints with Colorado consumer protection agencies.

If other attendees from this event or location experienced similar notices, it would be helpful to know how widespread this issue may be.

DO NOT USE PARKWHIZ!!!

DO NOT USE PARKWHIZ! I prepaid for parking at their Pittsburgh, PA facility and plugged in their address to my GPS, however; my GPS took me to another nearby garage where I ended up parking for half the cost. I requested a refund from ParkWhiz and was totally ignored. I then disputed the charge on my credit card and finally heard back from ParkWhiz stating they provided pictures of the garage in which to park. They did not provide pictures and they lied to my credit card company who found in their favor. They are thieves. I paid for a service they did not provide. ParkWhiz, I hope this negative publicity was worth the $10.60 you refused to refund. You state the space was held for me but you know you oversell spaces because things like this occur. You are a bunch of thieves and I will NEVER use your so called services again.

I purchased a parking pass for a parking garage in St Petersburg Florida through the best parking app. The company name is Parkwhiz. When I arrived at the parking garage the parking pass was denied and I was told that the garage was full. I contacted the company the next day by email to inform them of the situation. I was told that they would look into it but never heard from them again

DO NOT BOOK WITH PARKWHIZ

ParkWhiz had the incorrect garage hours listed in the app. I booked a specific garage because I thought I was booking one that would be open early. This caused me to be locked out of the garage for several hours and had to delay my trip home. The worst part is that ParkWhiz acknowledged the mistake but refused to issue a refund. They offered a $5 discount for future booking. I will never use this company again. They are unreliable! There are many parking companies out there to choose. Stay far away from this one.

Horrible Experience

Horrible Experience! Paid $75 for parking and was sent access code which was invalid. Then had to find other parking night of event. Only refunded $15. The QR code was sent via email from a different email address and wasn’t noticed in time. Not user friendly and convenient. High Mark Up!!

StubHub ParkWhiz parking at CHI Center Omaha

After purchasing event tickets for CHI center in Omaha, StubHub had a popup about reserving parking.

I trusted StubHub to provide a good and reasonably priced parking recommendation.

The parking that they sold me was very far from the CHI center and the cost was nearly twice as much as much closer parking.

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars, SCAM SCAM SCAM, they put us two miles from our event and would not give us a refund, it’s just a click trap to keep you going in circles, get your parking in person. If you call to cancel, it tells you you must cancel in app, if you try to cancel in app it says only the original purchaser can cancel I.E. stubhub.. it says you can cancel in your original email, you cannot, you can only “resell” and if you click that it says you will be responsible for getting the tickets to the buyer. Which there’s no way to know how to do. I will be telling everyone I know about these scammers and reporting them to the bbb, and trade commission.
