Had an issue with a package

Had an issue with a package, reached out through their txting service and was connected to Tina. She was extremely quick and responsive in helping me resolve my issue at the Wayfarer apartments and was very friendly.

Parcel pickup fixed

Impossible to get through to a representative on the phone. But contacted Tina over text and she was so great and helpful!! Glad she turned the experience around for me for my parcel at the Emerson at Forney!

Great Text Support with Live Agent

Great customer support

My ups driver didn’t scan my package before putting it into the locker. So I had to reach out and Margot was able to find out what locker my package was in and send a code for me to get into the locker and access my package. All within 30 minutes. Truly appreciated the help.

Parcel Pending has a new policy that…

Parcel Pending has a new policy that doesn’t allow you to get a code for your packages through support.

I had an incident today where Amazon delivered to a package room and didn’t provide me an access code. When I contacted support, they told me I need to speak with my office as their new policy cannot provide a code through support. My front office is unfortunately out of office today for a training workshop so I can’t get my package today. This new policy is terrible.

Always a quick resolution

It was a few times I've had issues at least they have a SMS text service that can get you the help that you need.
Erika Ramirez-Flores was my last Asian quick efficient speeding courteous.
