Our booking experience with our recent cruises, one of which was complicated, was made easy and stressless by Catherine Divan. She was professional, friendly and tenacious with the Cruise line. Going above and beyond to help us get the cruises we wanted at the right price. I would highly recommend Catherine as a go to Advisor.

We have booked a couple of cruises via Panache now. Not only do they manage to get us an excellent price but on one occasion, more on board spend (thank you Georgia). More importantly though is the individual and personable care and attention they give us. Recently, I had the absolute pleasure to deal with Karen Aspinall, who is not only efficient - going above and beyond to get us what we need, but also she has a great sense of humour. I’ve absolutely loved booking with you Karen; thanks a million for sorting everything out, despite my hundreds of questions. You’re an absolute star and an asset to Panache.

Susan was very helpful and proactive in helping us book our cruise for next year to celebrate a milestone birthday. She even worked on it after hours to secure our requested cabin. All questions were answered promptly and pricing was very competitive with bonus cabin credits as well. Thank you Susan, your help was greatly appreciated and we look forward to hearing from you when our land tours can be booked.

Helen was extremely helpful in all aspects of my enquiry and subsequent booking. She voluntarily explored areas of cost saving and additional benefits of which I was unaware. We were recommended to go on a cruise by another company but before booking with them checked cruise company listings and found Panache. Helen immediately came back with a better price. She also put a hold on the cabin and flights while we arranged insurance. Helen has guided us through the process and quick to adapt to new requirements from us.

Booked two Explorer Journey's cruises with Panache and I must say, Charlene Snaith was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and the costings were extremely competitive. Her communication was always swift and she provided answers to all questions without hesitation.
Panache are leaps and bounds ahead of other cruise agents we've used. So much so, I booked a 7 night Yacht Club Owners Suite on MSC World Europa via Charlene just today.

I must commend Georgia on all her help to secure a booking on our cruise, even though I must have seemed the client from hell! She was calm, kind & level headed at all times, making many 'phone calls on our behalf to the cruise company. She is an asset to Panache Cruises company. Highly recommened.

Elitsa is very diligent. So are the rest of Panache cruise staff. No problems booking through them.

This has been my first experience of dealing with Panache and I am totally bowled over by their incredible staff. No issue or questions I raised was too small to be dealt with even if it meant a phone call to a third party to obtain information and then get back to me.
