I would HIGHLY recommend not buying…

I would HIGHLY recommend not buying anything from these thieves, they are useless what a complete shambles OZANDA. Firstly I rang them & ask are you sending from Victoria before I order & paid for it on Monday the 16th/3 they said yes after I waited I found out they only dropped the item off to the post office on the Friday when I thought it would arrive here then another week later still nothing after over six phone calls & many emails I get a reply I get told that the courier’s hadn’t scan it then I found out that it was at the post office left in the corner, well that’s what they told me anyway. It’s is now the 30/3 I’ve rang them five times today & they finally answered & it’s still in a Victorian post office, I’ve asked them for a full refund over five times now then she hangs up on me. I’ve checked the post office app & apparently eta should be on the 8/4. Please save yourself the frustration I’ve been through & don’t buy anything off these people, they are hopeless.
