Wish I could give 5 stars and Zero stars at the same time. I love their cases but their screen protectors , you need an engineering degree to apply them directly with the indepth manual it comes with ( keep it simple stupid) . Not to mention if it's not applied exactly correctly, the screen protector cracks and you're screwed
Go back to your old ones from years ago . Finally, their customer service my one or to get in contact with a human being is impossible, horrendous customer service.

Quality product delivered in timely fashion. I wish I would have known that the Otterbox Case does not work well with other chargers. It works great with the charger made by Otterbox. I would not have wasted my time on a different charger.

I will always use OtterBox to protect my phone!
OtterBox always does a great job, especially when it comes to their warranty on cases. You just have to submit a photo of your case being damaged and they will gladly help you get a new one. I will always use our boxes for my phones to keep them safe! They also deliver really fast!

The only downside to this product is…
The only downside to this product is that the opening to the USB-C socket is too small to allow direct use of a charging battery (I use Anker) - I had to buy a short cable to allow use of my battery. Other than that, great Otter Box quality and the confidence it brings.
