Well made, great price and fast delivery.

Bought the new western collection case of the bucking horse and am super disappointed that the design is already rubbing off. Ridiculous after only a couple months of light usage. Ive paid less for much better cases from other brands. Otterbox can do better.

I work in the concrete industry, lots of water and dust! Have ruined several pair of glasses, but my phone has never been damaged some good drops, much water and cement dust screen has stayed clear and scratch free. My first otterbox I had everything, now you have to buy add ons? That's not right. As for the technology in the screensaver, why can't we have this applied to prescription glasses! Keep up the good work, and bring back the whole box for one price! Thanks.

When placing my order, I confirmed the make/model of my phone to purchase the correct Otterbox fit. I searched their site by using my make/model but when the product arrived, it was too small even displaying on the packaging the correct make/model. So, odd, as I'm unsure what happened but the return of my purchase is going fine so far. I may try to reach out to Otterbox to determine issue as nothing was provided with my explanation of my return when I emailed them.

You sent the wrong holster first hopefully this time I will receive the right holster.

I was delivered a product that doesn't fit my phone. I have to pay to have a handling fee of $8 on each purchase. I guess it's a small price to pay to know I'll not purchase anything from your company in the future. But you made $16

My order came quickly and the ordering process was easy. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong thing. Sending it back was very easy. I appreciate the responsiveness of the company.

Such a great product all the time, but especially for a middle schooler getting their first phone. While teaching responsibility, it’s nice knowing they have a sustainable case.
