FALSE ADVERTISING

FALSE ADVERTISING - Claims 2-day free Shipping. Placed an order Tuesday evening. Item shipped Wednesday morning. Does not show it will deliver until the following week! That is FALSE ADVERTISING!

otterBox itself is a good company

otterBox itself is a good company! but whoever they use through FedEx doesn't know how to deliver. I ordered on the Saturday May 23rd saying it's estimated delivery date is May 28th today! But yet notification delivery is the 26th! Said wrong address undelivered after 3pm! Then called FedEx and Customer service 26th same day it didn't show! Customer service said she fixed it and be delivered next day 27th! Woke up too it being sent to another Fedex facility saying delivery today the 28th between 12:30- 2:15 🤔 Now today the 28th Fedex is saying that it'll be delivered tomorrow 29th even though they said it was gonna be delivered yesterday, the day before that, and the day the day before that and I am still waiting! i'm just not understanding at the first FedEx facility was gonna deliver it straight to my address approximately 35 minutes away from that facility! So if they couldn't deliver it cause my condo "unit number was missing" then blamed it on the sender Otter! why send it to another FedEx yesterday evening saying it would be delivered today! just very frustrating paying on that stupid shop app Then have Fedex everyday something different on delivery! i've always had problems when shipped through Shop app!

I needed to do a warranty for my case…

I needed to do a warranty for my case and screen protector. The website made it easy to follow and to do both claims in one transaction. I love y'alls products as the truly protect my phones and tablets from damage.

Clips suck

Bought the case and found they don’t include the phone clip anymore so I had to wait a week for that to be mailed. Upon arrival the new clip isn’t even good enough to hold my phone in it. Keeps falling out and breaking screen protectors every time

I am still waiting for shipping details. The warranty order was placed on 15th May 2026 and I haven't received any shipping information or the product till 28th of May 2026

Don’t order off their website

I ordered a phone case for my new iPhone 17 pro hopping it would arrive on time for me to use it. Not only has it not arrived by the time they said it would, but It was shipped back and fourth between two towns and I have yet to get it. You’d think for as expensive their cases are they would ship it correctly and on time. Definitely the last time I will be buying their products. Very unsatisfied
