This was really simple I was dealt with by**SM5 she was brilliant,sorted out my quote really professionally,she was knowledgeable,polite and it was over all a pleasant experience

After a fairly lengthy wait for an agent, JL9 came to my assistance. They were very helpful, although not matching a similar cheaper quote, I felt it was more convenient to remain with OneCall

I rang to say I was not planning to renew my car insurance as I had a much cheaper quote from another insurer. The agent called me back as there was a long queue on the phone. He was very courteous and dealt with my call very efficiently, eventually producing a quote which persuaded me to remain with One call. His call reference was CL4.
