I received my renewal quote through my…

I received my renewal quote through my portal, so I called as its always better talking to a human being.
The man I spoke to who goes by the user name >>RL2<< was helpful and managed to get the price down almost £30 cheaper with another company . HAPPY DAYS

Whilst waiting in the queue I was…

Whilst waiting in the queue I was concerned that I would be cut off and have to start again. Likewise when I was chatting to the advisor.Having to start the procedure again would be very inconvenient and a waste of time.
Luckily on this occasion all was well and I was able to cancel my policy without any issues.

The service that One Call offer is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone especially pensioners who struggle with on-line. They are so helpful on the telephone thank you customer service 10 out of 10.
