We bought a 'Lucerne Oak' table and chairs, large lit dresser, CD/DVD cabinet, and a nest of tables from Old Creamery, which came in June last year, and its all wonderful. One of the lights however started flickering now and then which was a bit distracting. I phoned them about changing the bulb, which I was going to do myself, and it's supposed to turn in its little holder, but I couldn't do it. Anyway, I put a review of the dresser on their web site, and just commented that one of the bulbs was flickering (still). About a week later they phoned me and offered a replacement, which came a week after that, so everything's good. I can only praise them heartily for the best customer service I have ever had. We ordered a full bespoke kitchen from Old Creamery and expected excellent quality. However we had sticking cupboards, rubbing drawers, bits in the paintwork, rough finished woodwork, poorly fitting joints and irregularly fitting drawers. A chap came out and sorted sticky cupboards although this meant the doors no longer sat straight together. He said the rest of our complaints were as should be expected from Old Creamery - this is very disappointing as I expected high standards at this price, not thin paintwork that is too rough to wipe and a rushed looking finish.

I bought the wessex larder unit and I'd had it while, when one of the shelves started to split and drop where the glue had failed. The old creamery collected my unit and the manufacturer replaced the shelf, it was gone for a few weeks but very happy to have got it back as good as new.

I ordered another wardrobe to match an existing set of bedroom furniture I ordered a few years ago. I advised that it would be a tricky delivery for a large van at the time or ordering and that it may need to be dismantled as I have a spiral staircase. When the delivery men arrived I was 'told off' for not telling them not to bring a large van (which I already had - twice - one when I ordered the product and once when I paid the balance). They also left boot prints on the floor and one of the side panels on the inside of the wardrobe following taking it apart and putting back together. There is also a scratch mark on one of the door handles (of which I have photos). Had to wait 4/6 weeks for delivery so didn't really want to send it back due to moving into a new home and having to be without a wardrobe!

Delighted with the competitive price of the sideboard and very impressed with the fast and effective delivery. Will shop again!

I have bought several bits on furniture over the years from The Old Creamery (Yeovil store) and have never had a problem. Always very friendly and helpful in store and the delivery team are good too. I will use again and would recommend to others.

I have been using this company for over 15 years, and have furnished several properties with their products, they have always been excellent value for money, with good customer care, I would highly recommend them.

You will not fond abetter selection of furniture anywhere.

I found it silly that we had to go to the main showroom to get them to phone the collection point for the order. Why can't you just go to the collection point with your order confirmation?

We recently purchased a kitchen from the Creamery and from start to finish the process was very smooth with great communication. From Dave the designer to the delivery guys everything was top notch with nothing too much effort. We had a small issue due to our measurements but a replacemnt part was dispatched staright away free of charge and fitted perfectly.

I would thoroughly recommend the Old Creamery for a value for money and premium product.

I have just bought a new sofa for the lounge and it's gorgeous, just what I wanted.

We looked at lots of different kitchen suppliers and in the end chose Creamery because we felt the style of the kitchen, the all wood construction, simple but classy styling suited, perfectly, our old Welsh cottage. Our kitchen has an Aga, none of the walls are at right angles, none of the walls are vertical and the floor is uneven so the fact that Creamery provides standlone units also worked well for us and helped with fitting.

We were given help and good advice in the overall design, the units and worksurface were competitively priced and fitting the kitchen was quick - we used our own builder. We are really pleased with the overall look.

I had been looking for some time to find the perfect pieces of furniture for one of our bedrooms. Unfortunately nearly everything I looked at was either cheap and nasty or very expensive.

I had a look on the Old Creamery website and was pleased to see what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I had a leaflet from another furniture company with similar prices but their "free delivery" meant " leaving at the kerbside" but with my knee replacement and his back it would have stayed there! Sorry, I digress.

We went to Old Creamery and found what I was looking for. The person serving was on his own but he was very friendly and very helpful. We chose 3 items, he confirmed they were in stock and arranged delivery which was only a few days.

The delivery van arrived early and they were very friendly and efficient.

Most important of all, the furniture looked brilliant! Extremely well made and beautiful.

The only downside is I shall have to find some money to buy some more

it's nice to deal with a company that what's to do it's best for you and make you feel that your custom matters to them . If only more companies treated you like that . can not praise old creamery highly enough. John

I saw their advert in the back of a magazine, we thought we would make the journey down to Yeovil to have a look for ourselves. Well worth the 100 mile each way trip. Their showroom gave us some great ideas, we came home to measure up and placed our order the following week. First class service. We are thrilled with our kitchen and are thinking of adding more to it. That is the beauty of this company. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
