Yes the lead times on orders are long, but to me that speaks volumes!!! I ordered a coat/shoe cupboard back in August and it was delivered in December and it was well worth the wait. The quality is second to none, and cannot be matched. You get what you pay for and I don’t mind waiting for quality. The cupboard is absolutely gorgeous and I would highly recommend this company. Be patient and you won’t be disappointed 🙂
Just received my pantry cupboard, and it is absolutely beautiful. Lead times are long, but that is clear at point of ordering and it is worth waiting for. Very well made and beautifully finished.
Ordered a larder unit back in February for delivery in May! That’s fine I said but after chasing up in May, then June and July, nobody ever rang me to update and i’m still no nearer to getting this larder unit so ended up cancelling the order! Very annoyed i’ve wasted 6 months on this company 😟
