I am so pleased with my butchers block from the old creamery. it fits perfectly with me existing kitchen and has the extra storage I needed. the two men who delivered it was polite and friendly. brilliant cant find fault!!!!

Old creamery kitchen.
My husband and I visited the kitchen department of the Old Creamery sereral weeks ago, on entering the shop no welcome was given and no help or advise, we are / were very interested in buying a complete kitchen, we left very disappointed, thought we would try again and hope someone different would be in there to help us, sadly we went today , a gentleman was sat at a desk, barely looked up , no sign of any help , not the slightest bit interested in us , we spoke so he could clearly hear we were interested in buying and wanted help designing our kitchen but no help was so ever...clearly rude . We had set our heart on a kitchen from you....not anymore , very dissatisfied with The Old Creamery.

We were very disappointed to read this feedback, this is obviously a massive failure on our part. I immediately took the opportunity to contact Debbie directly to get further details of where we went wrong. Here at Creamery Kitchens (and the Old Creamery Furniture Co), our philosophy is to put every customer first, and in this case we have not achieved this.
In our kitchen showroom, we can often be engaged in complex design work – but whatever the case, we always task our staff to greet every customer when they arrive and stay in regular contact whilst they visit the showroom. We always like to create a no pressure selling environment, where a customer can feel relaxed and completely at ease when they visit us.
On these occasions, we have clearly not looked after Debbie & her husband, to the level they deserve. During my conversation with Debbie, I invited her back in for a personal (complimentary) design consultation at her convenience. We hope that she can forgive our low service and that we can be of service to her going forward.

The cream of the west country
We bought a Willis & Gambier Display unit, nest of tables, and a corner cupboard from the Old creamery in December of 2014.
We actually visited the site as we like to get hands on etc. The staff are so relaxed & friendly, and do not pressure you in any way, allowing us to really have a good in depth look at the wonderful display.
The items are delivered in secure packaging and the colour match is perfect on each unit. These are solid bits of furniture, no flimsy nonsense. These units will out last us by a long way.
Also, the after service is far superior to any other company we have known. No quibbles, they will get any problem sorted asap. If we need to add to our range or buy individual pieces to compliment what we have, we will go there as first port of call without doubt.
