Excellent customer service Neptune Bristol store

The assistant in the Bristol store understood exactly what I wanted to order - 4 lampshades of various sizes and advised me accordingly she also helped me get my£20 discount which I was entitled to

Misleading promotional headlines!

When running a promotion with the headline £20 off when you spend £50 it's very misleading when the terms and conditions are in minuscule writing and the products excluded lack transparency. If a company is going to email me as a regular customer I would appreciate honesty rather than misleading headlines! I wouldn't have visited the store if the promotion had not been so misleading.

Excellent service and experience

I recently purchased some garden furniture and one piece of table frame was scratched a phone call to customer service and James Uphill and a replacement had been ordered and delivery date set. No quibbles, no questions and no argument.
Alfie and Josh turned up at the appointed time replaced the frame and were finished in no time.

Great customer service

I wanted to order some paint, I live on the Isle of Wight and couldn’t get over to the mainland. The lady I spoke too was made my shopping experience a pleasure, she was so helpful and friendly, I received my order quickly, the packaging was secure. Very good customer service and very efficient.

The team at Chichester were all very welcoming and helpful. The experience is very relaxed and enjoyable which makes it a joy when deciding on purchases. Great tea and coffee too plus dog biscuits for our four legged friend.

Great experience

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Lucy at the Bury St Edmunds store. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish; whenever I had a question, she went above and beyond to find the answer. She was also so patient while we took our time deliberating over our order. It felt like a truly personal service. The store itself is very welcoming, especially for parents—offering my bored six-year-old a bottle of water was a small gesture that meant a lot to us. Thank you, Lucy, for all your help!

A Lovely building in a glorious country setting.

My friend and I love visiting the Drayton Neptune shop 2 or 3 times a year.
Although I would love to say I was ordering a kitchen (I love all the room layouts and enjoy wandering around them), we come for the faux flowers that adorn both our houses. Their cushions and homewares are also very tempting.
We were welcomed by a lovely assistant who recognised us from our last visit late last year. I wish that I had noted down her name, but will do next time if she is there. She took time to make us a coffee and have a laugh with us. She is a great ambassador for Neptune and a thoroughly nice person.
The faux flowers we come for are lovely and far more realistic than other makes I have bought over the years. Seeing them in the various rooms around the building also shows how they would look arranged in different vases.

Neptune is a first rate company in terms of service & product

Kye and Callum arrived early (which was a good thing), were efficient and courteous, and carefully delivered four chairs down two narrow flights of stairs to the garden. The chairs themselves are sturdy and attractive, and make a nice addition to my dining area.

The staff at the shop in Cheshire are always helpful and their display products are beautifully presented, which in turn give you plenty of ideas for your own home.
It was Andrè and Liam who delivered this time, and once again they were informative on time, courteous and patient as we inspected the items before carefully taking all the packaging away with them.
I highly recommend Neptune not only for their products but also for their sales and delivery team.

Such a gorgeous store

Such a gorgeous store, and a very friendly and helpful team .
I visited the Southport store .
Even though I only went in to look at the new ranges ,and to collect my gift for signing up for the Neptune Newsletter , they couldn’t have been more welcoming.
