I wanted to order some paint, I live on the Isle of Wight and couldn’t get over to the mainland. The lady I spoke too was made my shopping experience a pleasure, she was so helpful and friendly, I received my order quickly, the packaging was secure. Very good customer service and very efficient.

The team at Chichester were all very welcoming and helpful. The experience is very relaxed and enjoyable which makes it a joy when deciding on purchases. Great tea and coffee too plus dog biscuits for our four legged friend.

My friend and I love visiting the Drayton Neptune shop 2 or 3 times a year.
Although I would love to say I was ordering a kitchen (I love all the room layouts and enjoy wandering around them), we come for the faux flowers that adorn both our houses. Their cushions and homewares are also very tempting.
We were welcomed by a lovely assistant who recognised us from our last visit late last year. I wish that I had noted down her name, but will do next time if she is there. She took time to make us a coffee and have a laugh with us. She is a great ambassador for Neptune and a thoroughly nice person.
The faux flowers we come for are lovely and far more realistic than other makes I have bought over the years. Seeing them in the various rooms around the building also shows how they would look arranged in different vases.

We have purchased a number of products from Neptune over the last year or so. Without exception the quality and design is first-rate and we have not been disappointed. In all cases we have visited the Chichester store to view and choose items for our home. Staff at this store are unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous to a fault; in particular, Howard, Karen and Emma have been both welcoming and extremely charming, and made our experience with Neptune an absolute pleasure.

The staff are always very friendly and there to help if needed. A drink is offered while you browse the displays. They are getting better with their "available now" items but could still improve. Who wants to wait 11-12 weeks for an item !! Furniture is a good quality but they do charge for delivery which used to be free.

I have just taken delivery of new garden furniture Longmeadow and coffee table. It is really beautiful, well made. I am delighted. Howard was great in the shop.
I have to mention the delivery support. Sean and Josh gave me a ring 30 mins before. They were polite, professional and extremely helpful and friendly. Took away all the waste to be recycled. They are both an asset to the company and great ambassadors outwith the shop. Thank you.

Staff are always helpful, they are great with advice, and often offer you a coffee.

Another positive shopping experience at Neptune Chichester. We visited to purchase dining chairs and Jenny and the team were very helpful, bringing the chairs out, making coffee and letting us seat-test without any pressure to make a decision. We left very happy with our purchase and Jenny made the ordering process very simple. She advised us on other products to maintain our existing Henley furniture. Best of all…our large German Shepherd was made very welcome and fed treats - another fan of shopping at Neptune

I visited the beautiful Neptune Chichester store last Saturday with my father who was looking for a present for his daughter in law. When I asked for some help Eden went above and beyond in the service and support that she gave us both. Thank you

If I could give ten stars I would. This beautiful store is laid out in such an inspirational way. The welcome and offer of coffee whilst you wander from room to room makes you feel as if your visiting a friends home. There is always help and advice when you need it nothing is too much trouble from choosing a paint colour designing a room or in my case help with simply decorating a coffee tray and two vases with a few seasonal festive ideas, I have a whole house to decorate and furnish and Neptune will be my first port of call. Thank you.

The shop was very busy but stall took the time to look in stock and then when they couldn't find ordered in for me xx
